I ordered a dress + matching bunny hat, because I wanted to get the full lolita coord for the outfit. They shipped the dress, but not the bunny hat, and said the bunny hat was still being processed. I believed them, checked in every month or so via email, and they never told me it wasn't coming. Finally, after about half a year of waiting, I asked them finally to ship me the rest of the outfit or just refund me the outfit. They told me that they would only refund the hat (which had a low cost) and not the dress (which was very expensive, but useless without the custom hat to complete the coord). I even said I'd be fine with returning it for store credit, but they refused by saying they have "a three day window" for returns.

However, I asked for the return the very day they finally told me I would not be getting the full outfit / the hat. So I guess you need to magically guess they will not complete your order if you want to do a refund. They're a horrible company designed to rip off lolita fans.

I placed an order because I really liked the unique clothing designs and styles this shop offers. Unfortunately, I wasn’t so lucky with my purchase: one item arrived with a small but annoying defect (a missing button on a blouse).

The customer service did respond, but unfortunately kept referring to questionable internal policies (such as a strict three-day return window), which are straight up not valid under European consumer protection laws, so I would've been well within my right to pursue legal action if I were just a bit more stubborn. In the end, I was offered a small compensation, but no real solution to fix the defective product. The communication was polite but rigid, with very little flexibility.

MY ADVICE: If you order from this store, make sure to carefully check and try on everything immediately after receiving it, so you can report any problems within their time limits. It feels like a bit of a gamble: if you’re lucky, you’ll get lovely clothing without any problems. If not, you might end up with frustration and limited support.

Personally, I will be more cautious with future purchases.

Received my package in great condition and in the time promised. Quality of clothes is not the best nor the worst, customer service is great. Sizing is accurate. Overall had a great experience ordering from Devilinspired.

The dress was ordered on 6th May for a school prom night on July 16th (10 weeks early). Nowhere did it say it would take 3 months. The prom night is now ruined thanks to the Devilinspired scam. They take your money, and then when they have collected enough pre-orders, it is sent for actual manufacture. As proof of the order and their bullshit, here is the order number: 2505061252611618. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT GET THE ITEM ON TIME. Even 10 weeks wasn't long enough. I have lost £149.95 on a dress that never showed. I have also lost £55 for the prom ticket I bought for my daughter who now refuses to attend with no dress. Thanks DI - thanks a bunch

Terrible communication. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered, emailed three times to ask when my order will ship. They responded telling me to log in at the website to see when my stuff will come but I can't get logged in again

Should have read the reviews first and also their return policy because they don't accept returns dropped off later than 3 days after it was delivered. Since most other shops have humane return policies of at least 2 weeks I'm already over it. The clothes are ill-fitting like a really weird cut which makes you wonder if there are people who can actually wear this. Like sleeves too short, waist too high up so it looks like maternity clothing in a way because of how the dresses are flared in combination with how short they are. And I'm not very tall, 165 cm so average height. These clothes are both too big and too small at the same time and I'm not sure how that's possible but this shop seemingly made it possible. Waste of money, scammy, I don't recommend. Now I have to see how I get this **** sold and get at least a bit of my otherwise wasted money back. Or I just send it back to them anyway, I don't want this. What should I do with clothes that don't fit?

Complete trash and HORRIBLE customer service.

Bought a sweater and skirt and the skirt didn’t turn up, sent them an email and they never responded so now I have no skirt and no money.

Do not buy from them no matter what. Bunch of bastards - won't give you a refund and will just disappear. I had to contact paypal to get my money back.
Horrible scammers

I purchased something some time ago. It was mostly ill-fitting, but that is not the reason I am writing this. I was not subscribed to the newsletter. For a few weeks, however, I receive the newsletter, and the unsubscribe button is not functional. That should be illegal.

I have purchased a few things from them, the quality is really good. make sure you check if what you’re buying is “pre-order” as that may take a LONG time to arrive

Vor vier Monaten bestellt, bis heute ist noch nicht ein Kleidungsstück da. Wir haben mehrfach per E-Mail nachgefragt. Als Antwort kommen immer wieder Vertröstungen.

Ich habe soeben die Bestellung storniert. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich die Rückerstattung erhalte.

Nach den bisherigen Erfahrungen werde ich hier nicht nochmals bestellen.

I've spent probably 1-2 thousand on this site by now, the products are always super good quality, shipping for standard orders is fast and pre-orders generally ship when they say they will. Customer service has always also been extremely helpful in getting in-stock stuff shipped earlier than listed when I ask. Also greatly appreciate how easy it is to get free shipping.

I have placed my order twice, as the first time I forgot to add my discount code, and obviously I didn’t want to pay full price, so I placed the same order again but this time with the discount code, and then messaged them to cancel and refund the first order. I had to follow up once, but I did receive my refund. Shipping time was long, but the dress arrived and was just as pretty as I hoped. Would order again, but keep long shipping time in mind.

Bought a dress for 70 dollars. Got an email a bit later telling me the dress was out of stock, asking me if I wanted something else or a refund.
After mailing them back that I'd like a refund, there has been a week of total silence on their part. No word whatsoever, no refunds.
This seems to be their modus operandi, don't purchase from them. I should've done more research rather than blindly trust their own site. Chances are my email is now blocked on their end, so I can't send them any more mail.

Confused by the issues people have. I’ve never had my stuff not show up. Yeah, it takes a LONG time if you pre order something, but you should know that beforehand. It says how long shipping is after a brand’s pre order period ends. Also, don’t be brain dead and not know your measurements. Get a tape and measure your chest and waist. They sell the same things 42 Lolita does but usually at a better discount with free shipping deals. Their support does not seem super accessible so I take a star off

I ordered some shoes from them, and they told me they were out of stock. So, I asked for a refund, and they said they processed it, but they didn’t. Now I have to file a claim. I’m so annoyed dealing with them.

They did not ship nor communicate as they promised. They only shipped once I asked twice to cancel because the order was so late, so they could then say it was shipped and refuse my refund.

Horrible experience, DO NOT recommend.
