I liked the things I did get but they charged me 150 dollars for two sets of pajamas that they never shipped. Ive emailed them multiple times and they just won't respond.

I was worried about ordering from Devil Inspired due to a few bad reviews of their customer service I saw. But i loved a couple of dresses that weren’t available anywhere else, so I gave them a chance. The first dress arrived today and I LOVE it! Its an amazing design, really high quality and fits true to the measurements on the site. Customer service responded to a question I had within a day. No complaints, really happy I took the gamble, and can’t wait for my pre-order dress to arrive!

I've read a few stories, some positive and some negative reviews. Couldn't drag my way through them. Anyway, this is my story.
I thought I ordered on time. It was for my daughter's Prom. I figured a month was adequate. However I had not read the processing time. So it would have been too late. So exchanged for one that only had 2 days processing. In the meantime I was only offended 65% of the purchase price. I had said to my daughter I'd have made her dress, but she was happy with was extremely excited for new one arriving. I had to add extra for the exchange. A strange way of calculating but i did it. Here I am now still waiting with plenty of time before her prom. I was told it was in stock, in the sale and had 2 days processing and FedEx of 9 days. I confused back and forth with questions. To then be told it would be shipped in July. THE PROM WAS JUNE 21ST. I have sinced cancelled. Extremely disappointed. Seems I was receiving emails from one party and another from another party. With messages of sorry for the late response.
I will not be shopping from this platform ever again. I will encourage my daughter not to want anything. Whatever devilinspired have got, I will make it myself.
I will be checking what I have paid abd see if it all adds up. If not, my next step is to go and put in a dispute via my payment platform and try and recover any lost money's.
Make of this as you will, it is a terrible shame.

J'ai commandé deux jolis hauts sur ce site et je les ai reçus rapidement. Ils sont conformes et il n'y a eu aucun problème, le suivi était très clair. Je suis ravie de mon expérience avec ce site et je recommanderai à l'avenir

I have ordered from Devilinspired several times with little to no issue. But then this January I ordered a dress and a couple of accessories. It took three months and nothing had been shipped, I had to write to their customer support email and ask what was going on. They wouldn’t tell me when my order would get to me or anything else. Just that the accessories were still being made, so I asked if they could just send the dress as I really needed it for an event. They ended up sending me the dress. Two months went by and my accessories still weren’t here, so I once again had to pester them about it and they wouldn’t tell me when they would be here but instead said I would get a refund. Which then took three months to actually get to me and I had to email them twice more for it to finally happen.

This is when I went wrong, I was naive enough to think that this was the only time issue with this company but no. So I ordered another dress, which came on time but it did not fit. I had measured myself twice before ordering the dress and made sure it would fit so I was obviously confused. I measured myself again and I hadn’t grown in any area. I reached out to customer service again, I was told to send it to them, but that would cost about 500 kroner, which is 72 dollars. I said that I would not pay that as it was a manufacturing fault and not a fault on my end. They just kept asking me to measure the dress which I did, it turned out the dress was 20 cm smaller around the bust than it stated on the website and then I just keep getting automated messages back and now they have all together stopped responding to me email which is why I am writing this review

The dress was 63 dollars, dollars that I very much would like back

As others have experienced, their customer service is extremely slow, but not as slow as their shipping. I placed a large order at the end of March and was told it would be shipped by the end of May. It is June 6th and the order has still not been shipped. If you need anything quickly, or even in 2 months, this is not the company to purchase from.

Order missing MAIN component…the embroidered Lolita apron. Text/email/TikTok communications ignored; just looking to receive the missing apron so the costume is complete.

I have purchased from this website a couple of times before and experienced no issues until my recent purchase. In my most recent order, I received an incorrect item in place of another item I purchased, which looked nothing alike. I contacted customer service to get a solution for this issue because the item I purchased was pricey. I did not get a response after two days and assumed they ignored me. Finally, I got a response from them and the only thing they did was try to convince me that they sent the correct one even though I sent photos of what I received vs what I ordered. I wrote to them once more and it took four days for them to respond just for them to offer me $5 in store credit. I filed a case with PayPal to receive a refund on that item and even then their response to the case took over a week. Frankly, they would rather do anything but fix their mistake, and honestly, no one wants to pay more than their item is worth just to ship it back to China on behalf of Devilinspired's mistake. I am still trying to get a refund because I am no longer interested in supporting a business with such little regard for its customers. Just be careful when buying anything from this site because you might not receive what you initially ordered and it is very tedious working with their customer service.

Payed for items, said they weren’t in stock even tho they said they were, asked for refund, and they blocked me on instagram and also seems to have done the same by email

Ich habe am 10.04. das Kleid bestellt, am 30. 04. ist es schon da! Erste Schock, da ich nach allen Bewertungen mit 2 Monaten Lieferung gerechnet habe. Das Kleid ist ein Traum! Hochwertig, sehr gut geschnitten, passt perfekt! Ich bin begeistert, empfehle es wirklich von ganzem Herzen!

I pre-ordered an ouji blouse about 3 months ago and got it delivered to me yesterday. I was a bit skeptical about the website after reading a few reviews on here, so I decided to just buy the one item to test the waters. I was so surprised with how well it fit, it looked just like the picture and the material was very comfortable. The shipping was also very quick once the production was over (maybe this is what people get confused about? they do state on the website that pre-order items take longer, as well as tell you when you can expect your delivery), I got the blouse about a week after it got sent. Super happy with this purchase and will definitely order from them again, hoping for the coordinate to return so I can get the rest of it!

The hate is insane. I've ordered 3 sperate times over the last 5 months. No issues, I've had my refunds go through, quick responses to my tickets and amazing products delivered to my house.

Nun auf mein Risiko habe ich auf "devil inspired" 4 Kleider bestellt und war sehr positiv überrascht! Alle Kleider waren genau dem Bilder enrsprechend! Hochwertige Qualität und Stoffe! Es wurde auch schon nach 3 Wochen geliefert, ohne Zoll Zahlung in die Schweiz! Meine klare Empfehlung für alle, die scharmante Kleider lieben! Danke an...Der Name gefällt mir nicht und hoffe ich, dass sie irgendwann den ändern. jedoch die Kleider selbst sind bezaubernd! 👌Das einzige Ratschlag für Unternehmen ist, benachrichten Ihre Kunde, wenn die Ware gesendet wird.

Don't bother they are a scam, no tracking details and only replied once I got PayPal involved. Thanks PayPal if it wasn't for you I would have been scammed out of $90 aud!

Aufgrund vieler negativer Bewertungen war ich zunächst skeptisch. Aus Mangel an Alternativen habe ich dort letztendlich doch bestellt und war positiv überrascht. Der Artikel war genau wie beschrieben und passte auch von der angegebenen Größe (was bei Waren aus China oftmal nicht der Fall ist). Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 3 Wochen und war ebenfalls reibungslos.
Ich werde dort in Zukunft vermutlich noch einmal bestellen und hoffe, dass ich nicht enttäuscht werde. ;)

I do not understand the negative reviews. I have ordered several times from this company with no issues at all. All items are well made with beautiful materials and details. Shipping varies depending on the item , but they are very transparent as to how long it will take. Customer service has responded to emails within 24 hours every single time I contacted them. Would highly recommend this company.

I started ordering from Devilinspired two years ago.
The first 3 orders I would have given them 4 stars without hesitation, because the quality of the clothes is top notch, the pieces are beautiful too. the only hitch was the delivery time really too long (sometimes up to 3 months late).
But from my fourth order onwards, it started to be a mess.
I ordered a dress that was supposed to arrive in a month, but in the end it took 6 months, and I got no apologies, nothing.
In the meantime I had pre-ordered two dresses .
One that was supposed to arrive in 2 months. Finally, 7 months later, they wrote me that the dress was out of stock? Even though I pre-ordered it!
It's crazy. They then offered me a refund, which I had to wait two months for. I had to harass them to get my refund because they totally ignored me.
The second, I received about two months late. And it arrives without sleeves?
So I wrote them that the sleeves were missing, several times, and no reply.
So once again I had to harass them on Instagram PUBLICLY to get a response.
They told me that the sleeves were not included . Except that I had screened the article when I ordered it where it was specified that the sleeves were indeed included.
They dared to change the article on the site saying that the sleeves were not included! I sent them the screen saying they were wrong, and asked them to send me sleeves for free .
They told me that someone from the team had indeed made a mistake, and that they could send me the sleeves apart exceptionally for 30 euros? 🥹
That's crazy! They lied, then told me it was their mistake and finally asked me for money.
As I can't find them anywhere else and I needed my complete dress, I told them to take all my bonus points from my account and I had to add 10 euros.
It’s a shame .
I will never order from this site again in my life,
They lack professionalism, the customer service is deplorable, and they don't give a damn about their customers.
Try to buy on taobao if you find a good agent, avoid this site.

Website and support is a scam! Bought stuff but only 2 of my 30 items came and they wont help. The 2 items that did come are terrible quality and they want me to ship back to china on my expenise

Absolutely awful company, have no idea how they are still in business, won't communicate with you and good luck getting your parcel, plus the markups are shocking, if you want a good taobao reseller I recommend 42lolita!
