** BUYER BEWARE** Terrible customer service. Possible scam
** BUYER BEWARE** I should have known this site is too good to be true. I am not sure if it is a scam or not, but we never received our package and they told that my package was delivered to final carrier, but when I asked the carrier, they were aware of the package and said they never received it and to contact Devil Inspired. They claim that they will "investigate further" but so far they keep just telling me to contact the carrier because it has been delivered. I believe the package is lost and I am just out of luck at this point.
What they have said is quote: "Please go ahead and reach out to GoFo Express with the information above. If they are unable to locate the package or if it has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please let us know immediately by replying to this email. We will then be able to initiate a formal investigation with the logistics partners on your behalf."
It was an expensive order for us, so I wish there was some sort of insurance on it or something they would do to help the situation but I believe they will just keep saying the same line. It is also kinda crazy that we have to spend time trying to get accurate tracking from random companies. There were better shipping options available for a steep upcharge, but I didn't think there would be an issue. If you do decide to order from Devil Inspired maybe try one of the better upcharged shipping options.

Another thing people don't understand when it comes to this website is that if you place an order that also has something as a preorder, they will ONLY ship out that order once everything is completed. They tell you this in your email. I know it suck,s but please keep that in mind while ordering because you could be waiting up to 3-4 months. If you don't wish to wait that long, I'd recommend waiting till those items are out of pre-ordering. The only other thing I would say is that they need to update their website better. I swear to god everytime I place an order for something it would say it's in stock; and remain on the website for a while, but when I place the order I'd get an email saying it's not in stock which you would think to yourself "why was i able to place an order for it in the first place if it's out of stock??" and again once I get a refund and eventually get my order a few months later it's still on the website and you are still able to order it. And no, they did not restock it lol. Just a frustrating experience. They need better management when it comes to things like this.

Honestly, I brought something in pre-order the 08/12/25.
There was a sentence under the "ADD TO THE CART": Stock Status & Processing Time.
It said "Pre-order - shipping in early January".
They finally shipped the 09/01/26.
I brought a coat for those wondering.
I received it the 19/01/26.
I think the people who're complaining are those who're buying multiples things at the same time. For example, if you buy some things already in stock and others in pre-order or made-to-order, they will wait the item to be made before shipping. And there is articles which can take 4 months to be made for example. So look at the Stock Status and Processing Time.

I’ve been waiting practically three months for an order. I’m just waiting for it to arrive atp. Everything else is ready to ship but the two other blouses I want because the brand is lazier than dog***. The brand, not the company itself. Customer service has been helpful. This will change if I receive my stuff, all of them. If not, well, sad to say I won’t be shopping here anymore :/
Edit: I received my order and everything was great, however, I for some reason (very suspicious) cannot write reviews on their website anymore. Whether it’s a shadow ban (from making this review) or something else, reflects poorly on them either way. Shame on you if you did DevilInspired, that’s gross behavior, manipulative and pathetic. Because of that, I’m leaving my review as one star.

Placed an order with this company and spent over $100 on their site at the very beginning of December, that way, the items it ordered would have plenty of time to get here right before Christmas at the latest.... by the time Christmas rolled around they haven't even shipped my order out. On top of that, they messaged me AFTER I HAD ALREADY PLACED AND PAID FOR MY ORDER, that the items fully listed and avaliable on their site were out of stock. I asked for a refund for the items that weren't in stock and it took them over three weeks to send me a confirmation email letting me know that they refunded me. I had to send customer service three different emails over the course of December just to get a response. I understand that companies like Devil Inspired probably get super slammed around the holidays, but the lack of communication i experienced was absolutely abysmal. Apparently im not the only person to have experienced these kinds of issues with Devil Inspired. I definitely will be doing business with online shops elsewhere in the future.

Faulty wedding shoes :(
I have received my order to find damaged, falling apart shoes.
The shoes are falling apart with the soles lifting off. I cannot wear these shoes for my wedding as originally planned as I think they will completely break throughout the day. I paid $114 AUD with postage for the shoes, therefore I expected much better quality than what I received. I have tried contacting customer service twice over the last few weeks and have heard nothing back 😭
Scammed me. Whats new?
Sent the wrong product, and when I tried to get a refund they told me they were going to spend a whole month "investigating the shipping error" before they would determine what to do. I contacted PayPal for a refund, and they got it to me within an hour. Dont buy from here, but if you do and get scammed, contact PayPal or your bank to get your money back.

Ich hab schon Kommentare gelesen die sich über die Lieferzeit beschwert haben, aber es steht beim bestellen wie lange das braucht.
Dann sollte man sich nicht beschweren, dass die Angaben richtig sind.
Es sieht verdammt gut aus, aber einige mini sterne fallen ab, was jetzt kein Drama ist aber trotzdem ein Qualitätsfehler.
Im Grunde genommen lief alles super.
Finds aber schade, dass manche Produkte, wie dieses, nur zu einer bestimmten Zeit bestellt werden können.
The Items/customer service is great. Shipping takes a while
The customer service is great, but the shipping takes over a week once the item is ready since everything is shipped from china. Also they are a drop shipper of chinese brands, so that adds to preparation time. They keep you posted on your item status. They are very polite if you bug a service employee for the status too. If you pre-order it can take up to several months. I've gotten refunds, and item replacements with ease. They refund to store credit or directly to your credit card. The response is extremely fast and respectful but they are only open Mon-Fri china time so they will not respond or work on your order over the weeked. Also, the quality of items is really great. It's rare that the photos overexaggerate the look and quality of material. I regret that they usually do not have materials listed, but it helps that they list size charts in cm/in. You should measure yourself because some brands run much smaller than others. Even I've gotten something way too small a few times. Lastly, there are a lot of niche items that get sold out fast and never return. Hope this helps!
Good Quality - Horrible Delivery - 3 Months For a Dress
First, let me say this IS a legit company and the quality of the items were very good. They were a bit pricey, but again, good quality. My bad rating is on their delivery and restocking fees. I ordered shoes, three dresses and a bolero back in June for my theatrical production of Beetlejuice opening September 26-28. The main, expensive dress arrived FedEx on September 29th after the show even though I specifically gave them the drop-dead deadline. When they hesitated in August, I said to just cancel the $140 dress, but then they stated that there would be a 65% restocking fee. I refused such a ridiculous fee and told then to get me the dress ASAP. The priest hat has yet to arrive as well. Its frustrating because their merchandise was perfect for the show, and the items that did arrive were great. Such a delay and fee, when it was in no part my fault, was just totally unacceptable!

I was a customer for over seven years, and the website has completely gone downhill.
I order two items at the end of JUNE, one was ready to be shipped and the other was a pre-order. I was happy to wait for the pre-order for them to be both shipped out as the pre-order was only 1-2 weeks wait. After I hadn’t heard anything for over a month, I messaged them to ask for an update. They said ‘the product has reached its final stage of closure’ and they were sorry for a lack of communication. So, I waited again.
After another month long wait, I messaged them again asking where my item was. I was then told the item was out of stock! How can a pre-order item be out of stock when I’ve been waiting for months at this point?? I asked them when were they going to inform me about this out of stock status, they ignored my question and asked me if I would like store credit or another item to be shipped to me. After lying to my face and expecting me to continue to pay them for their incompetence, I refused their offer. I wanted my first item and a refund of the one I had been waiting for. I was ghosted for five days.
I put in a dispute via PayPal, and it was only then did they respond to me again— they had the cheek to ask me to close the dispute so they could refund me the money and then send my other item out to me. I refused, stating their poor communication and blatant lies, I could not be trust them to fulfill their duty and sent me my money and item.
Today, they shipped out my item. I’ve been waiting for 3 MONTHS. The event I wanted to wear them to was two weeks ago and so it’s all very pointless now.
I cannot believe the disrespect I’ve been treated with. I’ll be shopping elsewhere—I genuinely cannot believe this is the same company I used to praise.
Shame on Devilinspired.

Absolute garbage, I ordered a dress from the the site this week, three days later I receive an email telling me that actually that dress is out of stock. I checked the website and to my surprise it says that its still INSTOCK? I emailed them that and a few hours later they removed the listing and told me that they'd rather give me store credits than my actual money back. Don't buy from here since they get everything from taobao and price it up like 3x more
They tried to scam a refund with pending status for 2 monts
I ordered for like 250 USD, the bag arrived with leather creases, we agreed on 15 USD to the account, i have to wait like 2 months, money was in pending status all this time. I received their 'we will process this today' like 4-5 times until i said to return it to my card. They made a refund to paypal but i had such an unpleasant deal with their customer service, so many broken promises with lie.

Do not purchase from this business. Complete scam. I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of tights a month ago. The order said in production, but there had been no update on my order status since, so I contacted them by email. They said it was anticipated my order would be dispatched in another 2 and a half months! So I requested to cancel my order for a full refund. They then stated that their 'policy' only offers an 80% refund on cancelled orders. Absolutely disgraceful. I'll be raising a case through PayPal to try to get my money back.

Bluse bestellt - falsche Größe geliefert, ich hab´s beim Kundenservice beanstandet... was soll ich sagen: ich wurde auf die customs policy verwiesen. Auf Nachfrage, wieso es denn einen Kundenservice überhaupt dann gäbe?! Customs policy war die Antwort. Ganz ehrlich, da gibt es andere asiatische Anbieter die wesentlich kundenfreundlicher sind! Unabhängig davon, dass ich da schon mehrfach bestellt habe, finde ich diesen Umgang mit Kunden unterirdisch. Soll heißen: bitte lasst die Finger davon. Die Größenangabe in deren Tabelle stimmen größtenteils nicht überein und zurückgeben dann ist nicht. Und dann noch hohen Versandkosten... Finger weg!!!
Items never sent, emails ignored
I ordered from Devilinspired twice in the past and never had any issues, but it seems I just got lucky. I put in an order last October for 3 items. One was pre-order, so I knew they wouldn't ship until December. By mid-January, I hadn't received any updates, so I emailed them and was told it would be shipped by February. March rolled around and I still hadn't received any updates, so I reached out again and was told they were short on stock and would ship in May. By June, I emailed again for updates, but received no response. It is now the end of July and I emailed requesting a refund 2 weeks ago. They have not responded.
I have since learned that all of their items are resales from taobao, marked up to double the price. Do not buy from this company!
