Excellent food was fresh wel packed if same day and next delivery available it will be more better.

Vegetables was not that much fresh big size butter guards, and items are not delivered which orderd and refunded it is inconvenient.

The volume of product for example Walnuts has DECREASED by 100g but the price remains the same. This amounts to pulling wool over customers' eyes. Will not be buying Desime products and will switch to another honest brand

This company is absolutely brilliant, it was my first time ordering, my order took just over a day to arrive, it was well packaged , quick delivery, and meat is lovely and tender.
I will order again
Thank you.

Very efficient and easy or order website. Quick delivery.

Rapid, attentive service and high-quality products. When one item I had requested was unavailable they phoned me to discuss a replacement - and sent an extra for goodwill. And it all still arrived on the agreed day.

The mixed mince had a wrenching smell, had to throw it all out. Never had this problem before with meat from desime.

Excellent Customer Service, delicate items were well packaged, protecting them from damage during delivery.

Reliable good quality products.
Excellent thanks 😊

Package arrived with the contents spilled in the box, and when I opened the box the content spilled from the box onto the kitchen floor.
So no idea how much of the content was actually lost during transportation.
DesiMe replied sorry for the inconvenience.
They were supposed to raise this and get back to me. This was around 17th march 2026. Still waiting to hear if I'm getting any sort of compensation.

Nicely packaged and superb quality

I had this as soup years ago while travelling, found it on Desime and it really brought back memories, lovely sauce and dumplings.

Great first time experience
Everything was packed well
And the fresh things I ordered were fresh just like I would pick from the shop
Myself. I was kept informed with delivery up u til it was delivered

Excellent Service and Very Quick Very Quick Delivery Above And Beyond Many Thanks Please Keep Up A++++++.

Very quick delivery excellent service and next day delivery and good price

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent grocery order. While the website showed all items as 'available' at the time of purchase, my delivery was far from complete.
Inside the box, I found a note stating that three of my ordered items were out of stock and would be refunded. This is misleading, as the site confirmed availability , Several other items I ordered were substituted with different products without any prior notification or my consent. I did not agree to these alternatives.
I am entitled to receive the goods as described. Since the order was not fulfilled as agreed, I am claiming a full refund for the three missing items and the unauthorised substitutions. I expect this to be processed immediately."

great and fast delivery

Shopping online with Desime was excellent, they have nice collection of ‘desi foods’ customers service is very friendly and helpful.

Great experience. I ordered first time, was a bit confused but they delivered the order in time as promised and everything was fresh and packed appropriately, even frozen items. Highly recommended.
