The team were fantastic, they listened to everything we asked for and made sure my dream kitchen was affordable by making subtle changes!

I certainly cannot recommend this company and would advise finding another independent kitchen designer to save yourself a lot of hassle.
The process starts well during the design stage, but unfortunately it goes downhill from there. We experienced late delivery of parts, bowed doors, and a failure to properly read architectural drawings, resulting in issues with room dimensions.
I would give two stars only because the actual kitchen units themselves are nice — however, these could easily have been ordered from elsewhere without the problems.
Trying to get issues rectified is extremely frustrating. Communication is poor, and they simply do not respond.
If they could learn to correctly survey and correct + own issues they would create a much happier customer experience.
Looks like they changed their name to Interiors Realisations Ltd and then went into administration, they set up a new company in Jan 2024
This review is about Design House Interiors in Wetherby. Our experience of the sales side of the business was good and the product is good. The after sales customer service we experienced is like nothing we have experienced before. It has taken four months from delivery of the kitchen to rectify (most of) the errors. We have had to chase and chase to get any response and to get errors resolved.
Products delivered to us in error or that were unusable because they were the wrong size - including a cooker hood and a sink - were not collected for over three months (and then only when we gave an ultimatum that we would get rid of them in a week if they were not collected).
Some errors we have decided to accept, including the carcass of most of the kitchen being the wrong colour. On the colour error, I had a call with both directors of Design House Interiors on 28 September last year. It was left that they would consider overnight whether to replace the kitchen because of the carcass colour error or (as I requested) consider compensation as an alternative (I asked for £500 off an £8,000 kitchen). I never heard from the directors again and repeated calls/emails have gone unanswered.
I think the ethos of this business is summed up by the comment made by customer services in a call; that in 12 years of business they have never paid any compensation. I have just become a Trust Pilot member for the purposes of writing this review because we feel so strongly about warning people away from using this business after our experience.
