STAY away from this place. Do not give them a review after you signed a big signature to their paperwork. Wait till you have received your order if you do… and read the reviews of the quality of the sofas before you buy!!

I placed my couch order end of feb. Was told may/june (first of june) promised as i spoke to a “john” as i said i was going away on holiday to visit family. He advise sofa will defintley be delivered by end of may start of june.

I chased up start of may spoke to the store “manager” advising estimated the 4th of june.. 3rd of june arrived no text no call no nothing chased again spoke to the “manager” she's now said estimated 9th of june - as soon as it was in warehouse she would be able to fast track the order and do it next business day.

We got a call on the 9th saying it’s been delivered to the warehouse. Warehouse would call us back. Nothing no words …

Call back next day … the call was put to head office - made a complaint .. the girl on the phone didnt want to deal with it so then i was put through to the manager of the store all of a sudden. I am now told the 19th of june…

Complained of how unhappy i was and the manager Melissa did not care in the world attitude was rotten. Advised she call me back if there was a cancellation.

All of a sudden the delivery changed to the Thursday. Funny that as i was planning to away on the friday!!

Do not buy from these people do your research before you enter the store. Dont let the nice atmosphere get to you like it did to us.

Sales assistant was very friendly and helpful and explained pricing breakdown, delivery etc. Made us feel at ease. Gave us a tea and coffee too. Nice touch.

Lauren at Edinburgh was great very knowledgeable about the product and not at all pushy, spent a long time with us showing lots of options
Only reason for 4 stars is that the displayed prices are only for the colours on show, as soon as you pick another colour the price increases, very misleading and I think unfair

We have purchased a sofa today at the Bolton store and Aleyha was the lady that we dealt with.
She greeted when we entered the store and gave us all of the information that we needed but without being too pushy.
She gave her honest advice when looking at the different types of leather and her advice was personalised to our specific family needs.
We really appreciated the support and advice that Aleyha gave us. She was a pleasure to deal with today when buying our new sofa. A friendly, helpful and professional member of the team.

John at Abbots Inch was our salesman, he was fantastic, knew everything about the sofa I had chosen , very knowledgeable, polite , helpful and not at all pushy ! Fabulous experience, looking forward to taking delivery!
