If I could give zero stars I would. This company charges a lot for their sofas and their delivery times are long. I waited 3 and a half months for mine to arrive and when it finally did, it was shorter in length than the measurements I had been provided, it was poor quality, with excess material and had a fault line in the material. To exercise my consumer rights and get the company to take the sofa back and give a full refund has been a nightmare. They don’t return phone calls and you can only email the person who deals with complaints who then takes days and days to respond if at all. Eventually I ended up having to go to my bank to initiate a chargeback request as I was getting nowhere with the company. It was only then that they agreed to collect the sofa and not oppose the chargeback request. The whole thing has taken more than 7 weeks!

Extremely helpful pleasure to deal with and I’m now £6700.00 thousand pounds later but still happy, will be back.

After buying the sofa for £6k and delivered the seating softened and dipped after 2 weeks for which I reported, they sent out sofatec to inspect, under consumer rights those carrying out inspections within 30days are supposed to be independent for which these are not, took 2 weeks to get the report to start with and communication was lax to say the least, the report said not a manufacturing fault and is normal, I pointed out numerous times that this was not an independent inspection as those carrying out such an inspection should have no connection to either party, within 30days you have a right to return, then they changed the email saying the technician doesn’t work for Designer sofas so independent, again I explained what independent means but the refused to budge, paid £6k for a Natuzzi suite which to me is sub standard and to soften and dip on seats after 2 weeks isn’t fit for purpose and not acting as they put it normal, within 30days of delivery if a fault is raised or not fit for purpose you have a right to return, also the report didn’t include all discussed at the time, they even told us how to sit on a sofa for which the sales should have explained so where was the instruction manual, never heard anything so ridiculous, stay away as they fill you full of how good things are and do nothing over it and have no idea, I also had a £3k table and chairs and that came damaged / faulty, but the supplier of this sorted this with no issues, extremely dissatisfied to say the least considering how much I paid.

Sales Consultant Ali was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She provided excellent product description and information. The order was placed very efficiently and all aspects of the sofa including expected delivery and sofa care was very well explained.

I was looking for a new sofa and after searching pretty much every other well known store in the UK I found that Designer Sofas were the only ones that offered exactly what I wanted. They have a huge variety of designs, materials and colours to choose from. The members of staff were all very friendly, but I want to give a shout out to Lauren from the Edinburgh store who expertly guided me along the way until I arrived at the perfect sofa for me. She was extremely patient and asked me all the right questions that I hadn't thought of myself in order to ensure everything is just right for me. Even if you can't find what you're after from a quick browse, I suggest talking to a member of staff as they may be able to configure it. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a specific set of requirements that you can't seem to get another store to fulfil.

Mustapha from the cardiff store was very helpful and attentive. Even when I mistakenly walked into the designer sofa shop instead of Oak furniture. But the experience was impressive. Got the sofa i wanted designed to the size of my living room space.

Angie was incredible at helping us and assisting with any queries we had - from fabrics, to size, to even the finance process ! Super lovely service !

Lovely welcoming atmosphere at the Gateshead Store
staff helpful and very knowledgeable about the sofas I was looking for a specific size Deborah could tell me immediately which 3 sofas were appropriate and all of the details relating to them and an additional option.
Marc was also extremely competent, attentive and helpful with the ordering process.

Steve was very friendly and very knowledgable and was a pleasure dealing with him. 5 stars from us.
