Kirstan in the Edinburgh showroom gave us excellent customer service from start to finish, advising us on our options, colours, etc, and providing excellent, well informed advice. We purchased 2 sofas in different fabrics and a dining table with chairs. Kirstan took the time to help us with our decision making, and really made the experience lovely. She was very professional in her approach, whilst also being very friendly and well mannered. Overall this was a great experience because of Kirstan and also her colleagues in store. Thank you!

Bought a sofa set from the Paisley branch, Shaz was super helpful in providing information and helping us choose the best fit. She also provided useful insight into possible combinations colours which helped us choose a sofa.

My family came in to look around for sofas and ended up purchasing a set! Shazia was great at providing information and helping us choose the best fit for our home and family.

This was our third visit to the Paisley store and Andrew on each occasion was excellent. There was no sales pressure but was knowledgeable on anything we asked him and today we decided to purchase the Freya 3 x 2 and footstool and are extremely happy with the service. From all the sofa shops we visited this is by far the best.

Avoid.
I can't fault the team in the store itself, as they were nothing short of helpful to us in finding nice pieces for our living room.
If you are buying something that is already in stock, you will probably have less issues.
If you need to go down special order route, I wouldn't bother. We ordered our items in January and we are still waiting in July for a coffee table. Despite the store helping to chase up the order, something is really wrong in the background with their warehouse/headoffice/delivery set up. We've called multiple times over the last few weeks. We were then told by their head office that we would get a call this week to arrange delivery. My husband chased up with them on Thursday and they were very rude with him, telling him to wait until Friday for a call. Saturday has arrived and we still don't have a phone call or any update on this coffee table. To be honest the whole experience has ruined the excitement of having a newly furnished living room. They are also taking payments from us regardless of this - so we are paying for something we don't even have yet.

Had a great experience purchasing a new sofa with Kirstan in Edinburgh. She was helpful when we had queries but also gave us time to look around, think and discuss.

Lauren in Edinburgh was fantastic. Very friendly & great service, very knowledgeable & couldn't have done more to help us without being pushy. We've been looking for a corner sofa for a long time and nothing fitted our space. Being able to get what we want as its modular was brilliant. Lovely stylish sofa, colour perfect and well made. Despite a good initial service the received goods (2 x sofas) are not fit for purpose! Received on 12th March and already significant pilling. Technician came today Waiting for report now. Just want my money back - very disappointed! Sofas look like they’re 10 years old!
