We bought a sofa today from Lauren in Edinburgh. Service was excellent, Lauren was very knowledgeable and found a sofa that matched our specifications. We also got the sofa at sale price which was an added bonus! Will highly recommend purchasing from the store in the future.

Visited Designer Sofas in Bolton and was advised by Aleyha and I have to say the customer service was excellent. Aleyha was very helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. At each stage she explained things and asked if we were okay to proceed. The staff were never pushy and we browsed at our leisure.
Overall a nice experience and would recommend.

Shaz @ Paisley was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful throughout. She broke down our likes/dislikes and tried her best to direct us to those most likely to suit our requirements. She was also very helpful and patient in selecting colour and agreeing on a final price. Overall, an enjoyable visit.

I never write reviews but felt with the service I received at the Leicester store I had to let others know about this store . I was served by Shak who was so knowledgable about the frameworks the fabrics of the furniture and he went that extra mile tunnels sure I was happy with the settees and chairs we bought . I cannot rate this store enough.
