From start the treatment has been unbelievable excellent follow up treatment and aftercare in place nothing to much for this company fare price great hotel we stayed at the whole process run with efficient staff and whilst my treatment on going very pleased with my teeth so far five star experience

Mon expérience a été globalement très positive. Le traitement dentaire que j’ai reçu était de haute qualité et les médecins étaient très professionnels et compétents. Je suis satisfaite du résultat et des soins prodigués tout au long des procédures. La clinique a maintenu un bon niveau de service médical, et je me suis sentie en confiance pendant le traitement. Je remercie toute l’équipe dentaire pour son excellent travail.

I had my finals ( all on 6) done Feb 25. They have been fantastic with no issues, untill 3 weeks ago I got an abcess near one of my implants. I contacted the team who directed me to my dentist here in England with a request for antibiotics and an X-ray so they could see what was happening. As soon as I sent over the X-ray I was advised I needed to go back over I was assured that any work done would be under the warranty
I got there and had to have 2 lots of surgery to clear abcess and fill with bone graft ( they found a second one that was small in another place). Once again they were so caring and keen to ensure I was in no pain at all.
All done with no cost to myself and no waiting around
It is always a positive experience and shows how good the company is when they sort out a complication so smoothly

Stellar service and care throughout my emergency last minute trip.I stayed in a 5 star hotel and had private drivers everywhere, each day. So pleased with the end result. Highly recommended.11/10!

No pain at all and result is amazing.
After 30 years of struggling I have all new tooth.

The personal treatment from the start, My medical consultant Víctor was very informative, patien With My questions and doubts, and supportive AT All Times. Then since I arrive AT Istambul, the dentakay taxi Service was Perfect AT All Times, the hotel is a five stars in Services, location, and the clinic is also a five stars. All the people involved were very Professionals. The receptión, the doctors and the traslators were very helpful at All times. After the 3d scan My treatment was review and changed, to adapt to my real needs and Mouth reality. So it gave me Trust and confidence that I was really in good hands. Everybody took care of me at all times and I felt as a VIP client. I will recommend to everyone, and actually there are people already interested as My experience was soo good.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel provided.
The staff are very friendly and always there to help you with anything you need 24/7.
Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Shower was nice and powerful.

La prise en charge des déplacements par Dentakay rend tout plus facile.
Les interprètes sur place font qu'on se sent à la maison.
Le 2e jour il y a eu du retard dans les interventions. Début à 18h au lieu de 15h30. Le dentiste qui s'occupait de moi a continué jusqu'à 22h!!
Le 3e jour, dévitalisations. Session terminée à 20h. A 21h appel de la clinique: la dentiste avait un doute sur une des dents et m'a demandé de passer pour retraiter cette dent.
Le 4e jour, extraction de 2 dents et 2 implants. Je ne me suis pas rendu compte de l'extraction. Ca ne m'était jamais arrivé.
En résumé, le niveau de compétences, le professionalisme et le dévouement de l'ensemble du personnel sont incroyables.
J'ai pris le risque de leur faire confiance et je ne le regrette pas une seconde.

Bonjour, au début je me suis posé beaucoup de question mais sur place tous change. Le traitement, la vision que l’on a et l’intensité du séjour. Tous ce fait en quelque jour et c’est là le plus impressionnant. Nous pensons que nous allons souffrir mais en fin de compte pas du tous ( à part les anesthésie qui font un peu mal ) Tout est fait en même temps. Je veux dire par là que le chirurgien dentiste fait les extraction et en même temps insére les implants. Pour ma part, c’était la première visite. Pour la seconde que je n’ai pas encore réalisé ce sera beaucoup plus simple, essai des implant final, ajustage et ils ne vous laissent pas partir tant que vous n’êtes pas heureux. Tous le personnels est au petit soins. Je recommande vivement et fortement DENTAKAY.

My first appointment was in Antalya last year, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the staff’s attitude was far from friendly, and the communication regarding the procedures and treatment plan was unclear.
The biggest issue came at the end of my treatment. My dental work was completed on a Saturday, just one day before my flight home. I'm However, the three crowns that were fitted were the wrong size, and the tooth colour I had chosen (BL2) was not matched correctly. Instead, the crowns appeared much darker and greyish.
I returned to Istanbul (Nish Dentakay) to have these issues corrected, hoping for a better experience, but my second appointment was even worse. The staff’s attitude was awful, communication was practically non-existent, and I felt completely disrespected throughout the visit. They informed me that 10 teeth would need to be removed and acknowledged that some of the problems were caused by their own work. As a result, I ended up with two different tooth colours in my mouth.
Whenever I asked for updates or explanations, I was simply told, “Listen, we are talking now, you need to wait.” There was no effort to keep me informed or explain what was happening.
also asked about transfer arrangements. Initially, I was told there would be no problem, but 10 minutes later I was informed that no transfer was available after all.
Overall, my experience with Dentakay was extremely disappointing. Poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and unresolved treatment issues made the entire process stressful and frustrating. If you’re looking for a positive dental experience, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I needed extensive teeth repair/replacements but I needed it done properly, so I looked around and found Dentakay were offering what I needed doing. The contact was helpful and honest, and answered every question I had. The staff at the clinic were very helpful the equipment on site was amazing and so much more advanced than we have in the UK, the service was very professional, and prompt not drawn out leaving you to worry in any way. I would gladly recommend Dentakay to perform any sort of dentistry need anyone might have. And for the benefit of any prospective customers I would urge you to have a 3D X`Ray before your visit to Turkey avoiding any confusion about what work is needing to be done and avoiding any questions of costs or potentially any extra costs. My teeth have given me a new lease of life, and all I get from my friends are compliments about how natural and how good they look. I’ll be going back to Turkey again for my first check up, the country is stunning.

The way Dentakay treated me and partner was absolutely wonderful they made our visit to clinic relaxing and we felt like royalty how we were treated the accommodation they put us in was beautiful and we can’t wait to go back for our second visit in August
