I had my treatment plan finished in only 4 days, super happy

Really happy with the treatment I received at dentakay ..I had a consultation and scans on a previous visit in March so I knew all the work that needed to be done and the price.. I would really recommend this or send a 3d scan so no price increases..I had 2 sinus lifts and bone graft upper jaw each side,3 extractions , 4 implants and two root canals ,22 zirconia crowns.. all work completed in three days . Amazing .. all the doctors and staff, drivers I can’t fault… It can get really busy in the clinic but only had one appointment which was late by 90 minutes ..really pleased with my new smile.. got to wait six months for bone graft to heal..back in December to fit my four crowns on my implants . Cant wait 👍

For those like me, skeptics, who look for a lot of information before making a decision, I recommend this clinic with a lot of confidence. It is a large, serious, very well-equipped clinic, where each client is the center of attention. All the services were impeccable. The doctors are specialized in different fields so that for each procedure you go to the doctor who is a specialist in that. This shortens the time a lot. The doctor who did my all new teeth was Erdinçi Deniz, to whom I thank. Taking into account the particularities of my teeth, with extremely many irregularities, the result was beyond my expectations. Thanks to Dr. Erdinçi Deniz for redefining my smile.

The doctor and her staff were excellent, They made it easy for me to know exactly what they are doing (with the help of my wonderful translator) and really cared about how it turned out. Really love my smile now and it’s all because of Dentakay.

I had an amazing experience with Dentakay. Fully informed from the very start I have been taken on a wonderful journey back to fantastic dental health. Really is life changing. Overall I had a pleasant experience this week and would recommend to others. The communication on transfers has been great throughout my stay with text messages promoting pick ups and appointments. The Polat renaissance included in the package was lovely which included breakfast, dinner and 1 soft drink. Other services are not cheap so keep this in mind. Little to do which with a very busy home life this was helpful.

All staff are very friendly and you are quickly seen on arrival where X-rays and images are collated. You are seen by your dentist where a thorough inspection takes place. You are then taken to a consultation room where your treatment plan and costs are discussed. It’s quite evident that most patients recommended treatment is more than they were originally quoted. I ended up paying for my treatment which was quite a lot over my original quote but the evidence was provided which was evident when shown. However not all the treatment was needed and I received a refund on the parts I didn’t need reducing my overall bill. Don’t expect to pay exactly what you were quoted as X-Rays and investigation will show a lot more than mobile phone pictures so if you only have the money you were quoted defer your visits and ensure you have a little more money just in case. It’s not something you want to do half hearted and you want to ensure you get the best treatment you need and not partial because it’s all you can afford.

The dentistry I received was first class and when waiting for my treatment I didn't hear anyone state otherwise and those at the hotel were all happy with their new teeth. When I was in the chair I felt looked after and although it wasn’t a pleasant experience that’s just because I don’t like the dentist and why I’m here anyway. My dentist was lovely throughout and it put me at ease that she was chatting to the nurses in a calm manner. I’ve seen other reviews where patients didn’t like this but remember we have come to another country for dentist work and the least we should expect is for the staff to converse in their own language.

The clinic is fairly remote with a couple of shops and local restaurants nearby. Something I am fine with personally is the wait.l but it did affect others. There is no doubt that there’s a fair bit of waiting round so please plan for this. Take a book or music to keep yourself occupied as you may have to wait. The clinic is busy but at the end of the day it’s a business but there is plenty of seating inside and out and you just need to remain patient. There is no exact time on dentistry so if the person before you takes longer then what can you do. I had seen some complain about this which I found pointless and rude. There are times your not quite sure what’s going on but staff are friendly and on hand to help so be polite and ask if you are frustrated.

After my first day I learnt there was an inclusive cafe on site which is handy when passing the time and the caramel iced coffee was very nice. Had I not been told by another patient I wouldn’t have known it was there and on day 1 I was very thirsty and didn’t know where to go.

My best piece of advice is do your homework and know what colour teeth you want before treatment. I was anxious from the start and at the end of the day it’s a business and you can’t take forever on choosing your options. I had 4 wisdom teeth out, 2 root canals and 2 implants and then asked to choose the colour of my new teeth. Although I wasn’t rushed I was in quite a lot of pain and didn't feel equipped to make the best decision and later in the eve realised I’d made the wrong choise in colour. However I raised my concerns via text and was called back to the clinic the next day where I was able to double check and change my colour. This was a little lucky as it was late when I chose but still great I was able to change as it’s a big thing and you don't want to walk out with teeth you are not happy with. In hindsight I would have done this prior to treatment but there could also be some consultation from the outset about this, possibly putting some colour charts around the seating area and other dentist information for clients to look at.

It’s going to take me a while to get used to my new teeth but they look amazing and I’m very happy. Had the process been a little more organised and communications around the wait time and why been explained my rating would have been 5 star. However I also appreciate why this is the case because it is busy and patients are coming and going all day and the “business” is a testament to their work and results.

If you are thinking of coming to Turkey for new teeth do your homework and reach out those who have already been which is what I had done. I’ve been in Istanbul 7 days and not heard a single bad comment about the dentistry which is the main reason we come.

Point faible , l annonce des devis font plus mal que d arracher les dents , c est correct mais ça pique beaucoup quand on ne s y attend pas , nous avons eu environs 6000€ de plus , nous n étions pas prêt et nous sommes pas prêt pour la 2 eme visite , il faut être correct avant le voyage et demander plus d informations comme je l avais dit et demander de transmettre, ça aurais changer la donne
Beaucoup de complications après les pose d implants, oublié de mettre des fils donc saignements pendant plus de 24h et très gros gonflement dont la qui descend à la gorge donc je sais pas si c est dangereux
Vous faites beaucoup de patient à la minute ça fait beaucoup d attente mais je vous souhaite beaucoup de force et de courage

Mon séjour a été sensationnel. Les soins étaient de qualité, bien que l'opération ait été délicate et lourde, nécessitant du temps pour la récupération. Je suis convaincu que le résultat sera exceptionnel et je réalise que j'aurais payé trois fois plus cher en France pour un service similaire.

Clinic in Antalya was amazing, I was put at ease by surgeons and doctors there. Every part of my treatment was explained to me and felt at ease with surroundings. Staff work very hard and clinic was very busy every day. Very happy with treatment so far.

Honestly got nothing bad to say about my experience, top quality from the driver that picks you up from the airport to the staff at dentakay, everyone was super friendly and just 10/10 hospitality from everyone that was involved. I've been home 2 weeks now and not had a single problem , it's a bit more expensive than most but you get what you pay for in life and I would 100% choose dentakay again for my treatment 👌 10/10 from me, thank you for changing my life dentakay 😁😁😁😁😁

From my very first visit to my last appointment I was looked after and felt comfortable everything was explained to me on what treatment I needed and what was best for me I would highly recommend them to any friends or family I am so very happy with my end result love my new teeth and smile 😃 😊 😀 thanks 👍

Je pensais avoir fait le bon choix mais après être rentré en France quelques mois après les problèmes ont commencé…
24 couronnes ( de très bonne qualité)mais installé sur des gencives pour qui il faut 6 mois de cicatrisation avant pose couronnes mais eux l ont fait en 5 jours et le résultat est que je me retrouve avec des dents nickel mais pas adaptés avec des espaces ou les bactéries font leurs nids. Les dentistes en France ont été choqués je dois tout recommencer,la Turquie c est beau à visiter mais plus jamais on m y reprendra je voulais n’économiser au final j ai perdu santé/temps/argent à cause de personnes qui veulent brûler les étapes afin de gagner du temps et de l’argent ( et les avis positifs ou on te force la main plus jamais) bon courage si vous faites vos soins
PS: bonne équipe / établissement nickel/hygienne rien à dire / couronnes de qualité mais brûler les étapes pour faire un max de soins à votre détriment plus jamais 👎

Was really good . Only few things weren’t great , like doctors speaking in own language so could understand what they were saying and the price going up so much when you get over . But overall all really good 👌
