Je recommande fortement DENTAKAY CLINIC mon expérience a été au delà de mes espérance, un contact très humain et rassurant, une approche franche et professionnelle, un traitement au top avec d'excellents conseils en amont, en cours et après la réalisation. J'ai été suivi de A à Z et je viens de terminer mon traitement avec 12 implants Straumann pas rien tout de même. Traitement en 2 phases la première en Novembre avec arrachage des dents et mise en place d'un provisoire, aucune douleur, un Médecin Dr. Erdinç Deniz au petit soin, doux, prévoyant, soucieux de bien faire, perfectionniste !! je viens de finaliser ma seconde phase et le résultat est incroyable !!!
J'ai apprécié toutes les étapes, l'accueil, les aller retour aéroports - clinique, l’hôtel à 2 pas de la clinique, les traducteurs au top !!, un service de proximité et des réponses immédiates à nos questions !
Vraiment mon expérience a été couronnée de succès et je souhaite que la vôtre le soit également alors foncez contactez les et vous verrez !!

Admin were very clear about my treatment . The pick ups were on time and was given updates on their arrival felt safe at all times .The dentists were very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the dental treatment I received and would definitely return in the future 😀 😊

Je suis allé a Istanbul la première fois en Novembre 2025 ou j'ai vraiment été très bien accueilli et conseillé pour faire le bilan et évaluer mon besoin ainsi que les frais que cela allait engendré.. malheureusement pour le devis provisoire je n'avait pas de radio panoramique récente et c'est vraiment un plus pour la justesse du devis, j'ai fait une élévation sinusienne greffe osseuse et la pose de 12 implants.. éprouvant oui mais pas insurmontable, puis 6 mois plus tard, en Mai (la semaine dernière)j'y suis retourné pour la pose de 2 nouveaux implants etde mes prothèses définitives, la dentiste a été exigeante en terme de qualité, de rendu et de couleur elle a même fait refaire 3 fois le provisoire fabriquer pour l' essayage .... j'y ai passé la semaine et suis maintenant de retour chez moi avec le sourire...cela fait un bien fou
Personnellement je recommande dentakay car des amis ayant eu des expériences dans d'autres cliniques et n'ont pas ce résultat voir même des complications

Ich kann nur gutes über Dentakay berichten. Von der Planung der Behandlung bis zur Ausführung.
Die Transfers vom und zum Flughafen sowie vom Hotel zur Klinik und zurück waren perfekt organisiert und durchgeführt. Auf meinem Wunsch die Behandlung mit einer Sedierung durchzuführen wurde umgesetzt.
Bis zur Heimreise habe ich mich bei dentakay bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Mein besonderer Dank gilt meinem Dolmetscher Jusuf Yilmaz für die super Betreuung. Vielen Dank nochmals lieber Jusuf.

At the consultation back home all details explained and very helpful and price given pre x-rays.on arrival at Antalya pick up and transfers from hotel and dentist excellent.more treatment needed once x-rays done .I feel there is too much treatment carried out on day 1 . thinning teeth .root canals. Composite fillings.day 2 .4 teeth removed 3 of which Wisdom.then implants.day 3. crowns fitted with bridges which I was not aware off. Understood it would be single crowns no reason given why should explain.when I go back 4 months they will need to remove crowns as not lining up Correctly.appreciate they are going to rectify.also they then give you 3 different prices bottom price middle price.top price .which is not explained at 1st consultation.also everyone I spoke to have not paid original quote.but much more than original.granted there is extra treatment once x-rays are done .me included.

I was missing 8 teeth that have been removed over a 20 year period and the rest were beginning to suffer damage, I settled on using Dentakay after much research as the only real complaint seemed to be that the treatment plan had changed for people on arrival and full examination (mine did as well but I was warned)
The communication was excellent, all travel (hotel, flights and transport) was organised efficiently and ones happy with everything provided,
The clinic it’s self was clean, all the staff were professional, the process was clearly explained all the way along, and the outcome of the treatment has been excellent so far (I’ve had the first of two required visits).

I want to share my experience for the peaople who think about doing new smile at Dentaky, and to be honest I'm not happy for the service they provide, after 2 visits, I had issues with crowns, needed to come back with my own money, time and stress, and still after third visit, they not finish the job completely, back home and after 3 weeks started pain one of the sides upper jaw, so frustrated, now again I need to book holiday from work, buy tickets and fly back again for 4th time...The level of professionalism is not good enough, everything is in the rush, doctors working long hours, planing team did some mistakes on my 3rd visit. So 2 years of stress, and still not completed.
The CEO mainly focus on Marketing, advertising, but not on the clients, own doctors, waiting time, and quality of the job, costumer rights or comunication very disappointed, and they do not care about how you feel, they don't want to admit any mistakes.. wasted so much money, time, health and nerves... Not recommended.

Approximately one year after completing your treatment, you returned to our clinic to check your dental concerns which were addressed under your warranty coverage, and the necessary dental procedures were performed free of charge.
A few weeks after returning home, you informed us about the pain you were experiencing. Based on the X-rays and clinical information available to us at that time, no findings were detected that indicated the pain was related to the treatment you had received at our clinic. As dental conditions can develop over time and may be unrelated to previous restorative work, we recommended that you attend a local examination at one of our partner clinics so that a comprehensive assessment and report could be shared with our medical team for further evaluation.
Please understand that undergoing comprehensive dental treatment does not mean that new dental issues can never arise in the future. Natural teeth, gums, and dental restorations all require ongoing care, regular maintenance, and yearly check-ups to help identify and manage any concerns as early as possible.
We would also like to reassure you that we are not leaving you to deal with this situation alone. Our team remains available to support you, review any new reports or diagnostic findings, and guide you toward the most appropriate next steps. If you have not yet attended the recommended local assessment, we kindly encourage you to do so, as this will allow us to better understand the source of your discomfort and continue assisting you effectively.

I had my teeth done at your clinic in…
I had my teeth done at your clinic in 2023, and since then I have had to come back almost every year because teeth keep breaking. So far, nearly 8 teeth have broken, which is completely unacceptable.
I have several friends who had their teeth done at other clinics in Turkey, and none of them have experienced even a single broken tooth. Meanwhile, I constantly have problems and have to spend a lot of money traveling back to your clinic every time something breaks.
Honestly, it feels like the only thing you care about is getting good reviews after the treatment. Despite my bad experiences, I have always written positive reviews and even recommended several new customers to your clinic. Still, I continue to receive poor treatment and terrible service.
The only time I felt valued as a customer was before I paid. Now, even basic service like airport pickup is no longer offered.
I was promised a guarantee on my teeth, yet it still costs me money every time repairs are needed. This is extremely disappointing, and I truly feel let down by your clinic.
