We've ordered from them twice, and the products are always high quality, and they ship so quickly! Our company will definitely use again!

Mike Berkowitz was professional, patient, and courteous in completing a rush order of 150 personalized products from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, offered suggestions and solutions, and followed up to ensure the order was received in a timely manner...even a day early! The product was exactly as described and I would not hesitate to order again! Thank you again Mike!

Mike was very helpful & the product was delivered ahead of schedule!

This company is extremely wonderful to work with. The response time to inquiries is almost immediate and they were very helpful in providing ideas for different company "give-away" options and price points for 2 of our networking events. You don't see customer service quite like this these days. Thanks again Josh!

We had such a great experience with DemandPromo that we will be using them again! The service, the price, and the quality of the merchandise was excellent!

The customer service was first-rate; the turn-around time was as promised, which was very quick; and the product was beautiful.

Power banks were as described and look great with our logo added.

Your representative (Josh Gross, ph#847.227.8264) was pleasant to discuss what we were interested in purchasing from you and very knowledgeable of your products. We were both satisfied with the product type, cost and arrival of the product to us. We plan on returning our business to you in the near future.

The entire process was really easy and efficient. Will definitely be using DemandPromo again.

Product was as described, shipped on time. Will likely order more.

Awesome service and excellent delivery time!

Mike was such a pleasure to work with! He helped us get the order quoted and ready within hours. I will definitely be contacting him again in the future.

Quick responses, good customer service, fast production times.

Mike was great to work with and the product we ordered (emergency charger) was exactly as expected. Mike made sure to communicate well about the product that I was ordering....specifications, etc. I will definitely work with Mike again on any products I need for future events!

I have had two rush orders that I have used Demand Promo for. Other companies were quoting me far higher rates with huge fees for rush delivery. Demand Promo got my orders to me before the requested dates, without additional fees. And the product quality has been even better than advertised each time. The customer service is amazing as well. This is a company I'm glad to have found.

Great Company to work with
Mike was great to work with - he was in touch regularly. Design options were returned promptly. The follow up was great. I am happy with the product (the credit-card style/shaped power bank + storage case). The turn around time was fantastic.

Mike was very helpful to me in getting my first order placed. Shipping was fast! I will definitely be back for more items. Thanks!!

Awesome Experience! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thumbs up.

Josh was incredibly helpful through this process. Very attentive and quick to respond as well as helpful with my first time questions. Now lets see how they turned out.
