The process from the beginning was very easy. Elizabeth P. was my sales rep thru the entire process and was very informative. Any questions i had were quickly and correctly answered. Once the order was placed i received it within a very timely manner. Overall 2 thumbs up. They will get my repeat business.

We decided to add your amazing custom BIG beach towels to our event at the last minute. Elizabeth Pena was on it! Not only did she get the towels done.... and perfectly, we got them a day early so we had no problems getting them loaded onto our international flight. THANK YOU!

The experience placing the order, making edits, asking for mock-ups of the different options -- all positive. Stephen Holden and crew were very approachable and swift/timely in response.
We got the Gypsea with company logo in translucent imprint. The look was cool and subtle. The material 100% turkish cotton was soft and the ribbed edges a nice touch, but it was a bit lightweight for our purposes as corporate gifts. If ordering again, I would go for their heavier product to convey more luxury.
All in all, very satisfied! Thanks much!

The towels we ordered were great!

Holden worked with us to get the towels in an expedited fashion and although the towels arrived late, they resolved things in a fair and equitable manor.

I ordered my towels in a rush for a beach party my company was throwing. Holden Towels was easy to work with and was able to get my towels to me in time for the party. They even shipped me samples before so I could pick which fabric I liked best. Everyone loved them!
