DemandPromo Anmeldelser

I have been in contact with Josh who has helped me throughout this process and was in contact with me to make sure I was still interested in the product that I was interested in purchasing. I will definitely look to purchasing more products from DemandPromo in the future if the need arises and the prices remain competitive!!

The ordering process was easy and the product arrived quickly. We purchased these items for our service schools and have not tried them all, however, they look to be guide quality and they look really good!

Mike was excellent! He handled my order from start to finish. Would highly recommend him. If you are running short on time and need the product fast then Mike from demand pro is your man.

The power banks look amazing. They will be a hit at our workshop. Thank you for the excellence assistance in getting the graphic just the way we like. Mike was a pleasure to work with from the initial quote through payment. I will keep DemandPromo in mind for any future needs and share with friends and family.

Josh at DemandPromo was quick, communicative, and responsive to my many questions. The power banks they personalized for my company are solid and useful, and my logo came out beautifully on them. I got to see an accurate mockup before ordering, and they arrived right when they said they would. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Josh Gross was most helpful and efficient. He presented several options to come up with a gift that met our want list within our budget constraints. Smooth interaction - very responsive - a pleasure to work with. Shipping was prompt, actually arrived 4 days sooner than estimated. The virtual preview was spot on and the finish product met our expectations. Will definitely return to DemandPromo and Josh for future needs.

Great Products and Responsive Customer Service
First time working with DemandPromo and we were very pleased with the quality of products, customization and most of all their customer services. Mike was GREAT to work with. Everyone loves our custom lunch coolers. Thank you!

Great Experience-

Our Rep, Josh, was fantastic, easy to work with and followed through great. We have the product in hand and are very satisfied.

HOWEVER- Please calm down on the follow up e-mails (automated or otherwise), that come immediately after the purchase. There's a strong chance that if I just spent $3,000+ on product with you, that I'm not going to be ready to spend $3,000 more the very next day or week. Just a couple times a month friendly nudge that you're available, or new product notices would be more than sufficient in keeping you top of mind when we're ready to purchase more swag.

Thanks!

Everything involved in the purchasing and delivery of the power banks was very good. My major complaint is that the instructions for charging the power bank are incorrect. Since these are wedding favors, we needed to print up 175 cards with the correct charging instructions on them.

Logo looks great and received before expected date

Josh was quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process.

I will Highly Recommend your Company to everyone I know..I had the best experience dealing with your company and your sales person ( MIKE ) I will do business with him in the future!!! Thanks A lot for being such an awesome company!!! Karen Miller

Excellent - Mike is awesome to work with, he is patient and very prompt at getting back to you. I would highly recommend this company.

Very responsive representative and quick turn around with product!

Compared 5 other companies to see who had the best deal. DemandPromo was prompt and one of the lowest quotes I received. The reason we went with DemandPromo and not the lowest cost was due to customer service. It makes all the difference

Good quality. Mike was great to work with.

Excellent service. I emailed Mike a million times & not once did he seemed non interested in my concerns.
I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

Josh Gross was extremely helpful and patient! the power banks arrived sooner than expected and in excellent condition! we are very happy with our product.

The product arrived quickly, representatives communicated efficiently and fast, and the product we ordered was very nice

Josh was great to work with! He responded to all questions quickly and clearly. He provided images when asked. The whole process was easy and smooth! We're very excited about the product for our staff members.
