I’ve tried a lot of sugar‑free chocolates over the years, and DGF stands head and shoulders above anything else on the market. This is the first sugar‑free chocolate that actually tastes like proper chocolate — rich, smooth, and satisfying — without any of the weird aftertaste you usually get from diabetic‑friendly brands.The texture is spot‑on: creamy, clean snap, melts perfectly, and feels like a treat rather than a compromise. The sweetness is balanced, never sickly, and the flavours (especially the milk varieties) they are consistently excellent.What really sets DGF apart is how easy it is to portion. 10 quid for a chocolate bar
10 quid for a chocolate bar, no thanks. And putting sweetener in it and marketing it as Real chocolate. it’s not a real chocolate. Chocolate is made from cacao beans, cocoa butter and Real sugar and doesn’t cost £10 a bar, you idiot. One absolute joke, they’ve got a voucher for 15% off and it’s by far the most expensive chocolate bar you’ve ever had and it doesn’t even have sugar in it piss off.

Hey Paul, I can't see any orders under your name? Maybe you have ordered under someone else's or is this just a voluntary reviews service you offer small family businesses you have never bought from?
If you don’t want to buy from us then great news my friend, you don’t have to. There are loads of lovely sugar brands out there. Just please note, when you have met the bar of your dreams…no need to come back and tell me, my heart will already be filled with joy for you.

My daughter has recently started the ketogenic diet to help her epilepsy. At a recent appointment at Addenbrookes Hospital, we were gifted some chocolate from Deliciously Guilt Free. Her face lit up at the thought of eating chocolate again. She had one as soon as we left and said it was amazing!

The bit about your daughter’s face lighting up at the thought of being able to have chocolate again really got me. Sometimes it’s not just about the chocolate itself... it’s about being able to have the same kind of treat as everyone else and not feel left out.
I’m so pleased she loved it, and it means a huge amount to know something we’ve made could give her that little bit of normality and enjoyment.

Chocolate was extortionately expensive
Chocolate was OK. Exception being the dark, very bitter.
Even with the discount this chocolate was very expensive, with added shipping almost costing GBP9.00 per bar. I won’t be repeating an order.

The Dark is definitely the boldest of the range, so if you prefer something softer and sweeter I can completely understand why that one felt too bitter for you.
We use proper cocoa butter, good-quality ingredients and make everything in small batches, which does make us more expensive than mass-produced chocolate. That said, it still has to feel worth it to you personally, and I completely respect that it didn’t on this occasion.

The order was very slow to arrive . The £4.95 you pay for Royal Mail delivery is very excessive considering it took 7 days to arrive !

I completely understand your frustration, especially when you’ve paid for delivery and were hoping to receive your chocolate sooner.
We make our chocolate fresh in small batches and our usual turnaround is 3–5 working days before dispatch, so the delivery charge isn’t for a next-day service. That said, I appreciate seven days can still feel like a long wait when you’re looking forward to your order.
We’ve recently taken on four new members of staff and getting orders out more quickly is something we’re working really hard on as we grow.

Very nice thank you, chocolate bars, returning customer,, haven't ordered for a while, like cream dairy chocolate bar the most, allowed myself 4 chocolate 🍫 square pieces in a day,, orange flavour chocolate bar OK 👌 but not as much chocolate square pieces thank you would recommend.

Colin, I completely understand... when you’ve ordered chocolate, you naturally want it to arrive as quickly as possible.
Your order took 5 days from ordering to delivery, which is within our usual 3–5 working day turnaround, but I do appreciate that it can still feel slow.
We’ve recently taken on four new members of staff to help us keep up with demand, and getting orders out sooner is something we’re working really hard on as we grow.
