Ordered on 28/11/2024 - am still waiting to receive my order.
They do not reply to emails or answer the phone.

The order was delivered promptly but unfortunately did not fit.
I applied for a return but had to phone to get it ratified.
Anyway it was duly returned. After checking the courier had delivered the returned Itried to contact the company but they tend not to answer their phones or email.
Finally got a response via WhatsApp. From then everything went very smoothly with the refund in my account in 3 days.
On reflection de la creme fashions are easy to deal with when/if you can get hold of them but they do need to improve their contact procedures

I haven't received my jacket, where is it

I am still waiting for my refund, it was issues but didn't go through because of some issue from the company's side and I am still waiting for it to be re-issued. I hope I'll receive my money back soon - or at all.

Great service, fast delivery

Their coats are good value for money, well made from good grade material and they fit well. The company is quick to post your order and they have a problem free refund or exchange policy.

Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever shopped with. I had to pre-order my coat (they didn’t have my size, 16) and I was expecting it to be too small and take forever. It fit perfectly and it came within a week. Worth the money l!!

You cancelled my order with no explanation and I have not yet received my refund!

Again the quality of the Wool and Cashmere is outstanding, they arrived well boxed and within the stated time

Absolute scam. Tried purchasing a jacket for $70. When I went to the checkout and entered my details to pay it said: 'contacting bank' and the usual loading screen appeared- then the screen said it had sent 'SMS text to my mobile number, enter verification code' (didn't get a text at all)
But on my banking app, luckily it flagged the pending transaction (as I was buying from a new website) and the pending transaction was actually charging me £2140!!! insane! blocked the transaction and reported it as a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!

The coat colour didn't fit the description or images and when I ask for an exchange I found out that it was because they were out of the advertised one.

Good customer service, good return policy and the coat is very good material and very well made

Dishonest company selling cheap shabby products at a premium price. Email contact doesn’t work. spoke to someone who provided a working email address and also honoured an exchange over the phone. As requested evidence sent for an expensive coat falling apart after 4 months of wear. Emailed and chased - No response. Buy from a reputable seller…

Bought a coat from them via ASOS Marketplace. I always buy a size bigger than I need, and it still came up a little tight. Not the end of the world, it was a nice looking coat. Unfortunately, within a month, one toggle had snapped. Two weeks later and a second broke. They refused to exchange or refund and the coat looks tatty and ridiculous now.

I’ve bought some duff items in my time, but this really tops the list. Made all the worse by genuinely appalling customer service and shoddy attitude.

If I’d known how much of a waste of money and time purchasing from them would be, I’d have avoided like the plague.

I ordered some items from this company and I think they forgot to send them until I emailed and followed up. I received them after more than two weeks but unfortunately they do not fit - now when I go to request a return it tells me more than two weeks have passed so I can’t send them back!! No response to email, phone or mobile - really disappointed in the terrible customer service and would not recommend at all

Coat is exactly like the pictures. Good quality. Just bare in mind to order 1 size up, I’m usually 10 but it didn’t fit, so I had to exchange for one number bigger. Very good company. Delivery times also good. No issues at all.

A really nice well made coat. Ordering was easy and delivery quick, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again
