I visited Deichmann at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and I was disappointed with the customer service. The lady at the counter was quite rude, lacked basic manners, and didn’t even smile or acknowledge customers in a friendly way. A little courtesy and professionalism would have made a big difference.

Bought a pair of land rover walking shoes for £34. Three months on the heels are full of holes, and I now find that the heels are hollow, with a corrugated interior. I would never have bought them if I had known they were so poorly made.

Do not order online and pick up from the Uxbridge store.
The trainers I had ordered were the wrong size which I had to return to the store. The staff were not very helpful and said the ones I had ordered were not there and they didn’t have my size in store so had to refund me.
I’m not happy with making a second trip and didn’t get what I had ordered
I wont do this again

Absolute poo had to buy my 14 year old daughter shoes from the men’s section that cost £25 more than the woman’s because the woman’s shoes only went up to size 5 and she’s a size 7. Very discriminatory would not recommend

Bought two pairs of shoes. Both are lovely, the one for my use= Graceland= are very comfortable and perfect fit. I was also well informed by the sale assistant about the return policies awhile collecting my purchase. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the service. Thanks

I bought a pair of wedge sandals from Deichmann on 14/06/2026 and I am extremely disappointed. After wearing them only twice, the brown faux-wood coating on the lower heels of BOTH shoes completely cracked, split, and peeled away from the base. The quality is incredibly poor and not fit for purpose. I have contacted customer service with my receipt and photos, and I expect a full replacement or refund immediately. Avoid these wedges!

Visited store yesterday excellent service very helpful . Very short staffed but that is on the company, the member of staff who served me was very polite . I visited the Harlow store

This is the second cursed pair of shoes that looks like someone shot through them with an AK47. Literally wore them for like 2 months and it looks like I've been using them for working in the gulag. I might aswell have gone and served for the army. At this point I think these shoes are why I fell like a bowling ball through an alley and sprained my ankle. Ban these shoes bro. Genuinely cursed by the one wish willow. Deichmann must've wished for each of their shoes to fall apart like rubble. RIP.

Great service no problem at all

My experience with the organisation is some insider information. I think the most important thing is that this company doesn't really know how the experience is inside the stores, working at the company. They are too old school. Too many things are extremely difficult. They could make more money, they could give better service, they could do their best, but it's such a big company that everybody underneath the company doesn't really care. They don't really know how it is to be on the floor inside their shops. Also, they don't listen to their employees when their employees are alone in the store. There are no cameras; everything is extremely dangerous. They don't really care, but they can make a lot more money by just putting a few cameras in the store or supporting employees that can make a lot of difference. The personal approach from stores is mostly energetic but is really forced. This company is too big to listen to me either, so I hope everybody reads this.

Terrible service, as only one assistant in the entire store in Staines.
Had to wait 10 mins whilst she dealt with paying customers.

The sketchers are exactly as sold- great price and swiftly delivered( within 1 business day). The price was competitive and the trainers are just what I wanted. Recommend.
Delivery company EvRi were excellent aswell.

Oggi, sabato 20 giugno 2026, in tarda mattinata con una fila discreta alla cassa ho chiesto all'unica commessa se poteva farne aprire un'altra. Al suo secco NO, ovviamente ho atteso il mio turno.
Le avrei dovuto lasciare le 2 paia di scarpe sul bancone (peccato che un paio le avevo già indossate, per altro scusandomi) vista la scortesia e la maleducazione nel trattare il cliente.
Mai più, ma mai più...e selezionate personale che abbia voglia di essere professionale ed educato.

10/10 service from Logan today in the Derby store!

I came into store with my son who is diagnosed with Autism, he was causing absolute chaos during 30° heat, and the store was busy.

Logan distracted my son and entertained him whilst I was trying to find some shoes for my daughter, and it made my shopping experience so much easier

I did not ask him to do this, he just went above and beyond without hesitation! I cannot thank him enough and I will definitely be returning. You would not find this service anywhere else

Horrible experience in store in Westfield Stratford. Avoid this store all costs! Disgraceful level of customer service.

Beware customer treatment will likely be biased and discriminatory, the employees will discriminate against you if you are not the right skin colour or whatever else. Quite disturbing in this day and age.

Customer service do not help at all. So I have no idea why they replied here to make themselves look decent. Lol.

I visited the Ipswich store on 24/05/26 intending to buy a pair of Nike trainers I asked the assistant if they stocked what I was looking to be told quite abruptly no don’t stock them I asked if they had anything similar, the reply there over there not could I be of assistance to you I will show you what we have got, I had a look where the hand waved me to, as I left the shop I got couldn’t find any thing from the assistant if I had have found what I wanted I certainly would not have bought them and will never visit a Deichmann store again.i went further down the street to one of their competitors and was treated to very personnel service from the young man in there I would suggest deichmann walk there staff down to that shop and let the learn what customer service means and is

I went into the Derby store earlier today as a first time customer and came away with a great pair of shoes and memories of fantastic service.
Coreen was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I will certainly be returning there. The store was spotlessly clean and well stocked.
