I ordered MS Office Suite and received it via email the same day. The email went to my spam folder and I did not realize it until later...also, it is important that you read the activation instructions first before you install your product, otherwise, the activation key will not work if you use the internet activation option...once I followed the install instructions, I was able to get the key activated and I am good to go now!

This is legitimate site and they quickly respond in case of any issues!!

I bought MS Office 2021 Professional from this site and while making payments I also accidentally added additional product which I didn’t want.

Initially I was helpless and not sure how to get help on this issue, thought its a scam!! and started reading about this site whether it is really legitimate or not!! Comments were not good and I thought all my money gone and on top of it I didn’t receive email with link to download product with key.

I emailed them regarding this issue and they immediately respond that they will refund for the additional product bought accidentally.

I got my refund immediately as well as the product key. I followed all the steps they provided in the email and it worked.

As per my experience, They are legitimate and can be trusted.

The Product Key that was sent to me worked well. I got the code on the next business day. I did not face problems in installing MS Office 2021 and running it. Thank you.

I paid for product key and they sent it to me over the holiday weekend. I got the key and they provided a fresh download like for the product and FULL instructions on the process to register the key. If you follow the graphics and text it is easy. My Visio is working as a full version. One thing, you don’t get the key immediately. It may take an hour or two so be patient if you expect it after you click the order button. It will come as promised.

Bought Microsoft Office Pro 2021. Received email with installation file the next day. I had issues with installing, and reached out to the merchant by email. Seller responded back with appropriate solution. I was able to activate and use Microsoft Office. You just have to follow the instructions attached in the email by activating via telephone and entering a bunch of keys. I was able also able to activate and use OneDrive. I would recommend especially for the price.

They are outright a scam site. They sent me an invalid product code, with instructions on how to "reclaim it" by talking to Support myself. Essentially, they don't give you the product, they give you a stolen code that's already been used then say "go figure out how to convince Microsoft it isn't stolen, not our problem". They should be shut down, but a 1-star review is the best I can do.

Gave 5 stars for 2 reasons:
1. Activation key worked
2. I ordered the wrong activation key but they were helpful enough to send me the right one.

Ordered 4 keys and "poof" a day later they were there. No muss no fuss. All in all a great company to do business with. Nice and easy process automated. I highly recommend them to anybody needing keys for their software.

I bought the window product key. They provided the tech notes which resolved the issue.

Already download/installed Office and waited for the Key. Once obtained I Copied/Paste on the Change Key Window and in a few seconds my Office was Legit.

It’s scam, don’t waste your money. I paid for a key, but l got an email address along with a password. The office didn’t accept the email because it’s not recognizable, it’s not Gmail or Yahoo. I requested a refund, but the jerk never responded.

I have bought the Windows10 Professional software online from them on 9 September 2021. Unfortunately I was unable to upgrade my Computer Operations System from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Professional after repeated tries and consulting the IT experts.

I have decided not to upgrade my OS due to the inconveniences and times spent. I have sent an e-mail to them at their e-mail address on 14 September 2021 at 11.45am Singapore local time for a refund of USD $19.95 but have yet to receive any reply from their Customer Services staff. The last time they replied was on 9 September 2021 and they just refused to reply to my 15 e-mails until now. They are not prepared to refund any money to you even though you did not use or activate the Windows key.

Would you want to deal with this type of company whose staff is not flexible and not prepared to accept your explanations and make an exception on this???

Windows 10 Enterprise key :

Key is invalid.

Did slui.exe 4 and went to:
getcid.info

filled in the numbers and came back as "wrong"

Did phone activation and they stated the Key was
"invalid"

CALLED microsoft support and after and hour the specialist told me the key was "stolen"

I email the company with ALLL this information and they simply WILL NOT return my emails.

Asked for a refund or a new key.
NOTHING.

These folks are theives and liars.

Lost money the product they sent doesn't work
contact them three times no response. Don't order anything from this company.

I ordered my Office software on Friday morning, and did not get a response from Digitore until Monday when they supplied the download information and password key. I downloaded the software and then entered the key, which was not a good key. I have contacted Digitore 3 times via their only method of communication (email), all without a single response. I LOST MY MONEY!!

Fxcking scamming @ssholes. Chargeback it is.

I've been using the service and one day, i did not have access to my onedrive files. All were lost, please don't buy from this website.

I purchased a key from this site. A total rip-off. It has been over 10 days no key. Do not purchase anything from this site! I have sent numerous emais to support with no response! I am @ucking pissed and when I am pissed I get even! Game on!!!!
