I made two purchases a few days apart and on both occasions, received two duplicate emails with invoices a few minutes apart. However, payment was only taken once. After that, nothing else came in and so I sent an email, getting a response and everything I needed, about a day later. My only criticism is that the delay was unexpected and perhaps it would be useful if there was more information about the follow up, on the web page. Other than that, I was pleased with both purchases and the products are very reasonably priced. My son will be making a similar purchase from Degitore shortly.

Purchased two keys for Office 2021 for Mac. At first their website would not let me add to basket. That cleared up after a day. Once I purchased, the keys arrived the next morning. I assume part of the problem could have been the difference in time zones. However, I am surprised it is not an automated process.

I activated the keys with Microsoft right away and had no problem. Have not downloaded the software yet but not concerned since Microsoft confirmed activation of the keys.

This is a great way to get office bundle for a low price. Thanks for the quick replies and even quicker turn around. Appreciate this.

Bought a key for MS Office Pro 2021 right before Christmas. While the key didn't arrive automatically/immediately after purchase (as advertised on the website), I did email their customer service and a key was delivered approximately 12 hours later. This rating is for the responsiveness of their customer service and the fact that the key was authentic/legit.

They are great, I had problem with my system after I bought them Microsoft key from them, but they helped me to fix it several times after trying it.

Bought WIndows Pro, they didn't provide any key, said they'd give a refund but it's take a few days to come through. It's now been 31 days with no refund and no response to my emails asking for status.

I got a professional plus 2019 key and worked good!!! Very happy for the price. It took about a day to get the key

I ordered Microsoft. They sent me a corrupted file instead of the product key.

I ordered Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 and had a problem with the original key provided. Customer Support quickly sent another download and key and that validated. Quick response and great price on the software.
