Bought an Office 365 package this morning with the promise that it could be activated within a few minutes. I have not received anything. The website shows that you cannot ask questions via the form. Simply doesn't work. Advice don't buy here!

Degitore sells Microsoft Office license key for cheap, but their licenses do not work.
I paid $19.95 for a license, my credit card was charged, then I have received an email from Degitore support with a license key that does not work.
I have contacted their support multiple times, no answer. My emails to support are forwarded to another hotmail account, which is either a scam or never answers.
Degitore did not send me a working license key, nor a refund.
Now I am concerned that they retained my credit card data on their site and may use it for fraudulent charges.
Degitore is scam and a fraud.

Be carful if you buy any Microsoft software key from them , it includes virus that will stop all other microsoft programs you have on your computer. You will buy 2019 key and you will get 2010 . There support is none existent and not only you lost your money but you have to reformat your computer

I bought a copy of Office Pro 2021 from them about a year ago and it is still working flawlessly. I just bought a second copy of Office Pro for another computer and easily installed it with the product code they sent. I recommend buying from them.

I paid for a Windows 11 Pro license key. At first I didn't get the email but once I ask for it by email they send it right away. 10 times cheaper than Microsoft Store.

The price was perfect for the product, and it was genuine. Support team were able to provide all the support in no time.

I purchased the License and received an email without the key code. I sent an email and was sent the key code right away. Now I have the software for life. Cool

Did not get the software key, phone don't work, they did not respond to email

Purchased a license for 1 MAC. Received an email but no key. Contacted support and they provided me with a key within same day response. Key worked and now have office forever on my computer!

Degitore was quick to provide the Windows 10 Home to Pro Upgrade product key. The key provided did not work; but they were very responsive in providing a new key, which solved the problem.

Quick communication and delivery of code. Great price.

SCAM - this Company is still taking money but appears to have vanished. I paid and now no code. My emails to support are being rejected returned unknown.

SCAM company - beware - you will NOT get official Product Key for software.

This "company" trades under several names.

AVOID !!!!

Thankfully, AMEX did an instant chargeback.

Scam! They took your money and run.

If I could give them a -1 I would do that. Ordered 2 products. Two seperate orders. Nocommunicaitons no activation keys for 4 days now. SCAM!!!!

I have purchased 3 porducts and i was able to install on my laptop. Support was outstanding and fix activation issue. Thanks Again!

Great, ordered a product and there was a slight mistake. Their customer service fixed it right away and now all is good. I’ll be using them again soon

This is awesome. I didn't know that MS had deals like these on their software. Even thought the software is restricted to a single device's lifetime, I think this is a completely fair exchange for the price paid

Amazing customer support. Prompt and acceptable. All installation instructions were clear. Out of 3 product purchases, 2 were not compatible with my version of OS. My refunds were processed immediately. Overall my purchase experience was extremely good. I will buy from them again.
