This company knows what it is doing with good communication and execution of orders at great value you feel in good hands. Suggest you give them a test drive for sure. I am delighted.

In my personal experience, customer service has been exemplary, as expected of a Dutch company.
Platform is easy to navigate and the offerings on products, across global markets, are exceptional.
Could be slightly more transparent on margin and negative equity fees.
From a UK investor perspective, would be highly competitive to add a stocks and shares ISA to the product offering, not sure if this is possible due to Dutch banking regulations.

They recently changed the bank account for deposits. My deposit isn't showing up in my balance, support taking their time to look into it, days from sending mails with proof to getting a reply, leaving my balance negative and racking up interest.

Have completely lost my trust. Will be contacting regulators soon, doesn't seem like they care much.

This company charges low fee for longer term investors. Build your wealth brick by brick with this regulated broker with low leverage fee available.

Used to be a great broker with low fees, now it is clearly shown up by competition and has large delays in withdrawals (2 weeks and waiting).

Fees are now higher than in mobile competitors.

Customer service is shocking, no apology or explanation for a withdrawal taking 10 days (and still waiting). This is shocking and has resulted in me missing the UK 23/24 tax deadline.

Very easy to use stock trading website. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the cost of buying US stocks has recently risen from £0.45 to £1.72. Still good value though.

Easy to use especially for someone joining trading for the first time. The app is always working and transaction fees are low.

Fees are decently low and transparent, the interface is user-friendly, clear, and transparent, customer service works really well. Overall this is my broker of choice for ETFs.

Beware, these guys claimed there was a deficit on my account, and even though i deposited money to clear it, they sold multiple shares without even consulting me. AVOID

Excellent platform for trading FTSE stocks and the fees are low, here at Degiro, you have plenty of other options to trade other European markets, the execution is fast and pay out is quick and without any fuss, some smiple test questions are ask to give you some awareness of the risks that are involved with financial instruments.

Been with them for a while and fortunate to find them in the UK at the time. Waited till now for an honest review of my experience so far. I moved from a Pro Trade account elsewhere, and was happy to see this also has buy+short accounts. Mainly limit orders are used however the rare market order was quick enough execution in times I needed to use it, and still was only a notch off the price I wanted. Seems a fair broker and very lovely web based access both on mobile browsers and on the main trading computer.

I am honestly really happy with my DeGiro account and just love grabbing a coffee and breakkies and flipping through charts and companies planning my next trade. So very happy with the agreements between Degiro and UK FCA so I can continue with them. I have looked high and low for a broker that ticks all the boxes and DeGiro does just that. Very positive to see them reply to those with issues within a day, that shows they are concerned with client experience.
