Deconovo doesn’t stand behind their…
Deconovo doesn’t stand behind their product. I already own 8 panels that hang in my living room. I decided to order two more exact sets, and the color doesn’t match the ones I have. Since I bought them from Amazon, Deconovo refused to help me. Amazon is no help. The simply want you return and reorder, which I’ve done, and I keep receiving the wrong color. Amazon cant fix the problem, but deconovo still refuses to help me with finding panels to match the ones I bought 4 months ago. Buyer beware.

The incorrect color may be caused by different product models or different batches of blank fabric dyeing. We suggest you browse our official website, where we provide a free sample booklet. You can get the sample booklet before you buy the curtains and then decide which curtains to purchase.

My custom curtains are wonderful! They’re so well made and have elevated my bedroom tremendously. I got the black out versions, with linen fabric and they look so high end. I'd definitely purchase these again.

Not for Canadian buyers
Curtains arrived from Amazon (Canada) with imperfections. I tried to return to Amazon who directed me to the Deconovo. They in turn re- directed me to Amazon and there you have it! Back and forth several times with no refund.
Do not buy these if you live in Canada!

These are, by far, the best quality fabrics. It is better than we could have expected and I don't even know how we will narrow down the selections. The quality is a 10 out of 10. It's like Christmas looking at fabrics.

This curtain is perfect!
This curtain is beautiful and the quality is excellent! My room looks super sophisticated with it. The color is also perfect, the cut is a little heavy, which for me already demonstrates its high quality and super easy to install.

Retour d'aerticle impossible le vendeur me ballade depuis 3 mois
J'ai commandé (sur manomano) deux rideaux chez DECONOVO le 29 janvier, le 10 février j'ai envoyé un premier mail au vendeur en lui disant que je souhaitais renvoyer l'article (dimensions non adéquates) avec remboursement (renvoi dans le délai de rétractation).
Le vendeur m'a d'abord répondu qu'il était en vacances et qu'il allait s'en occuper à son retour, puis m'a envoyé un bon de retour en me disant ensuite qu'il ne fallait pas l'utiliser puis finalement un autre le 26 février.
J'ai renvoyé l'article le 10 mars avec suivi qui indique que le vendeur l'a reçu le 13 mars
N'ayant toujours pas eu le remboursement le 4 avril j'ai relancé le vendeur qui m'a répondu le lendemain qu'ils étaient à nouveau en vacances (!) et qu'ils allaient s'en occuper dimanche (donc le 7 avril).
Aujourd'hui 17/04 je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement et le vendeur ne répond plus ...
