Great Experiences!!
I am an interior designer and have worked with Ashley at Curtarra on two projects so far. The first included hardware and draperies. The fabric sample process worked well and the drapes are beautiful. I used the Rex hardware for both projects and it works well and looks great. Both projects involved a lot of details and Ashley was extremely helpful in getting them all correct. She has gone out of her way to help and I hope to work with her and Curtarra again soon!

Quality Product with Responsive Support
I recently ordered custom curtain rods from Curtarra and overall had a positive experience.
Shipping did take longer than expected, which was frustrating at times. However, Jelly and George stayed in communication throughout the process and were responsive when I reached out for updates.
When the order arrived, the quality exceeded my expectations. The rods were packaged extremely well and protected with a film to prevent any scratches, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I also received the extra brackets I requested, which was very much appreciated.
They followed through and worked to make things right, which I appreciated. I also received a few curtain samples and was very pleased with the quality. I do plan to order custom curtains in the future.
Overall, I’m very happy with the final product and the effort their team made to resolve the situation.

Quality pretty good
Quality - pretty good but the lining gaps (does not meet the edge of the seam) at the side seam so not so professional.
I thought delivery took a long time and I had to reach out to find out when to expect completion - it would have been helpful if they kept you posted.

The bottom side of the lining is not sewn with the drape because of the different flexibility of the fabric; this working standard can avoid the lining fabric being longer than the drape after hanging. Regarding delivery, because our products are custom-crafted rather than mass-produced, the journey from our workshop to your home can take a bit longer, but we realize how important proactive updates are for your peace of mind. We will ask our technical team to consider whether we can keep our clients informed of the production progress to put your mind at ease.

They Actually Work
The cat-resistant sheer curtains are well-made and beautiful. These are the first sheer curtains I've seen that are legitimately cat-resistant and still look the same if a cat pokes one of their claws into it. I am in the middle of cat-proofing my whole house and these custom curtains are now essential.

I bought the Harris Linen curtains and…
I bought the Harris Linen curtains and the curtains are stunning. The quality exceeded my expectations. The only part I slightly regret is adding the lining to them. They are thick enough that for my living room it would have been better without the lining.

Drapes look great. They filter 90% of light allowing just enough light for the room to shine.
I have 9'6" ceiling height, so the custom length is perfect. 6' wide windows, the width of drapes are great.

Fantastic job! Needed custom sheers for a patio door, length was unique. Curtarra hemmed them exactly to my needed length. Their fabric and color selections are large and I will be using this company again. Live in a remote area and the packaging was good the wait time was reasonable, shipping quick. Excellent quality and price
Even though I had to wait about 6 weeks, the quality and elegance of the curtains I received is worth every penny. I ordered about 10 different samples, which helped me find the right type of curtain for my sun-filled windows. I wanted to keep the sun coming through, but filter it enough where it’s not harsh on our eyes. They hang nicely with the back tab, the folds are crisp and the material beneath it hangs in waves. I didn’t have to put much effort into steaming them - they came out of the package hanging I steamed them with intentional creases.

The online ordering/measurement instructions were super simple to use. We ordered a Roman shade and the fabric used is nice enough that even without a liner, it offers a ton of privacy. Installation took almost no time. We would highly recommend!
