I got a 5ml decant for - Marc Antoine Barrois: Aldebaran and the decant is most definitely legit and undiluted. I don’t know about other perfumes but this decant is real in my opinion. So, I will order again sometime!

I was a returning customer and placed several orders with this store, but my overall experience has been disappointing. Their prices are among the highest on the market, yet customer loyalty seems to mean very little.

I politely asked whether they could include an extra decant as a small goodwill gesture. I never claimed I was entitled to it. Instead, I received a generic response stating that selling authentic products and processing orders correctly is how they show respect for customers. In my opinion, those are basic expectations from any legitimate retailer, not exceptional customer service.

My disappointment is not that they refused the free sample, but the attitude and complete lack of flexibility toward a loyal customer. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this store for its customer service.

The perfumes are nothing to do with the originals.
And they sell really expensive fakes!

My first order was a 2ml decant and was very pleased. Then my second order was a 10ml one of the same perfume and was extremely DISAPPOINTED to see it had nothing to do with the original. It was very clearly diluted and had a very alcoholic smell. Nothing to do with the original. I think this is their whole shtick- selling original 2ml decants and then diluting bigger decants. Very profitable this way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Prima comandă: OK. A doua: apă chimică. Soluția lor: ia-ți banii și dispari. Profesionalism zero.
Am făcut două comenzi de eșantioane de la această firmă.

· Prima comandă – totul bine, parfumuri corecte, livrare OK.
· A doua comandă (un eșantion de 3 ml și unul de 5 ml) – dezastru. Ambele miroseau ciudat, a apă oxigenată. Nu aveau absolut nimic în comun cu mirosul real al parfumurilor comandate.
Am contactat firma să le spun problema. Răspunsul lor?
Să fac retur, îmi returnează banii, dar să nu mai cumpăr niciodată de la ei.
Nici măcar o încercare de a verifica lotul, nicio explicație, nicio scuză. Doar „ia-ți banii și dispari”.
Ca și cum clientul e problema, nu produsul lor alterat.
Profesionalism zero. Loialitate zero. Calitate zero.
Nu recomand. Dacă ai ghinionul să nimerești un lot prost, ei nu îl înlocuiesc – te alungă frumos.

I had a pleasant experience. The samples are very well packaged and they even come with caps - even the small 2ml ones. I was surprised to read the negative reviews because I ordered a sample of amouage guidance, which I can still smell on my skin one day after scrubbing my arm in the shower twice.

Servicii impecabile, livrare rapidă și parfumuri autentice. Decanterra e, fără îndoială, cea mai bună experiență de decanturi din România.

Perfumes are dilluted and different than the original. I do not recommend.

Ordered several niche perfume decants. The scents were harsh, oily, and very different from the originals. When I asked for clarification, the response was purely legal and defensive, with no real solution or product verification offered. Disappointing experience.

I had 3 oders completed by Decanterra. Delivery was fast, in the timeframe they have set. There were no issues regarding the decant bottles or their packaging, the cardboard box was a bit rugged on one corner but that's a nonissue. Their client relationship is on point through their social media, i asked them a lot of questions before my first order and during the delivery of the other two and they replied to all of them. The perfumes had no smell, sillage or longevity issues as i have tested them on my skin beforehand (in perfume shops).
10 / 10 experience, i will continue using their services

They don't sell original perfumes, simply because I bought 4, of different quantities, and I sprayed them on and I didn't do much effort afterwards, but worked at my home office for a few hours. I didn't do any effort, I didn't do the dishes or go out, nonetheless, they didn't even last for 1 hour..and these should be perfumes which should have lasted for half a day..
I'm only rating this a 2-star because I had the chance to test them before buying an expensive bottle..but be aware you'll pay quite a lot for nice smelling water.

I am very disappointed. Bought only 2 ml of Ani X recently and after at most 30 minutes from spraying, the scent had completely disappeared. After reading reviews on Fragrantica everyone said that it should last at least 6 hours so I gave this perfume one more try from a trusted seller. It was true, the difference of performance was insane.

Shame on you for diluting at TWO MILLIMETERS. Avoid this site.

Foarte buna interactiunea cu ei, produsele au ajuns cam la 2-3 zile de la
Comanda, si parfumurile persista si miros exact cum trebuie, deci n-as
Avea dubii ca sunt originale.

They are not fake but diluted!
they are diluted! the same perfume (amouage reflection) that usually lasts minimum 10 hours on me, after an hour you can't feel it anymore at decanterra. Very disappointed!

I bought LV Imagination, Afternoon Swim and G&B Sunset hour.
Fast delivery, 0 spillage on the decants. They regularly post on instagram and I clearly saw they were not messing around regarding dupes. They literally post from LV Stores and how they refill the fragrances right there. 10/10 definitely will purchase again as soon as possible. Best decant retailer from Romania.
