If your on the go the app is on point with discovering how to reach owners of properties that you “just happen”to find while running an errand for your wife. This teams so personable and make themselves available for what some may consider silly questions, but they always are prompt in their responses and point me in the right direction. This is a great product that lets me send post cards to houses I'm interested in without the headache of going to the post office. They provide AI support for property searches, active AI for property analysis, skip tracing, auto dialer, and much much more!
