Isn't it funny how after some really bad reviews scoring 1 only there seem to then be an influx of 5 star scores, from such "made up" English names.
This whole company uses AI for all it's responses.
The products are being sold illegally as UK law requires full labelling per garment.
Have asked for money back but get the same answer as all the other reviews you see here.
PLEASE, PLEASE do not trust this company at all. Ignore the made up 5 star reviews.....The 1 stars are genuine :-( And their response below is AI created. I only posted after four days of pointless emails with this email address, where they ignored the actual issue and just try to offer even further discount to spend MORE money with them!!!! Ridiculous !
Mid August - update. Good news. Because no label in the garment at all Visa Disputes has agreed to pay me my money back.......I win!! :-)

Ordered 2 shirts early July! They arrived on the date below. The shirts are not what I ordered and they are now saying I have to pay for the return or I can have 35% off my next order and keep the shirts I wouldn’t clean my windows with. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

This company is nothing more than a Chinese scam. Goods take over 4 weeks to arrive, they won’t issue a refund without the tags intact, but no tags are on the goods, and products are nothing like advertised.
Linen shirt arrives made from 100% polyester and resembles a bad Hawaiian shirt and the linen trousers ordered as a man’s size large wouldn’t fit my wife who is a size 10.
Goods are going to the charity recycling bin at the end of the road and stay clear of this vile company.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I ordered 3 items. They arrived a month late and 2 of the items were not what I ordered. One item had the labels cut out to hide the size being considerably larger than ordered. And another was a totally different item from that pictured. I asked for a refund and was offered 20% off my next order. I will never use this company again. I would like to report them as I believe they fall short of UK consumer law. Update - The response below asks me to get in touch with them directly but I have been in correspondence for a week to get the items I ordered rather than what was sent and the best offer I had from them was a discount on my next order which has no value to me.

Bought 5 items all extremely cheap and poor quality. Sizing off as well. On request for return I was informed that items have to be returned to mainland
China at my expense. Never again, stay away!!!

Do not buy from this company! My experience is similar to others here. I bought two pairs of swim shorts. I received no order confirmation or shipping details. I chased and received a link to their Ts & Cs saying it would take up to 14 days. The delivery finally came around 17 days later. The shorts were of very poor material and certainly no use for swimming. I ordered a small but they were XXL at least but I couldn’t check because the size label had been cut out and there were no tags included which suggests they are seconds. They also had no lining. The packaging had no paperwork either included. When I asked about returns they immediately refer to their returns policy and that garments have to be returned to China tracked and will cost £50. The two pairs of shorts only came to £51.47. After several emails they still have not sent the return details and there was absolutely no effort to resolve the issue but they sent the link to their Ts & Cs returns’ policy twice. Given all the similar responses on here this is clearly their strategy to make returns very difficult hoping that people will retain their clothes. I also note their attempt to placate all these negative reviews with attempts to make things better. If I’m refunded in full with no request to return these seconds to China then I’ll come back here to update my review but I very much doubt that will happen so if there is no update to my comments you know they have no intention of actually putting things right!

Total scam store, delivery over two weeks and the item is not the same s the image, the fit is like a tent. Doesn't tell you it's in china and I don't really investigate every company I buy from however I will from now on. Avoid the store at all costs, shitty response by email. Hopefully the word spreads and they go back to the fields to work. Awful parasites.

Absolutely do not waste your money here what arrives is nothing like what you think you are ordering, the only reason i gave one star is because zero stars was not an option, I emailed them to express total disappointment with what arrived and that I required nothing from them i would just bin it, to be told we are so sorry the item did not reach your expectation should you wish to return it the costs are down to you and its about £50.00 JOKE.
I reminded them the item went in the BIN.

I purchased a shirt for a wedding l it is such poor quality it would not be good enough to dry the dishes.
I tried to cancel order immediately after purchase and was told I couldn’t and had to wait for the delivery, 4 weeks later it arrived, I asked to return it and was told the return cost would be £50.00 and then they would decide on receipt of if I was allowed a refund of £37.00.

I ordered a shirt size large. They sent me a huge tent size shirt with the size cut out of the label. The size was also cut out of the invoice. It was clearly an XXL at the very least.
When I asked to return it for refund they said it will cost £50.
I had no idea it was coming from China.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a pair of swimming trunks for my husband's birthday and it took 15 days to arrive, despite the shipping policy stating that it would take 3 - 5 business days. I emailed during this period but was fobbed off with them telling me that the shipping policy states 14 days. It doesn't.
Consequently it arrived too late for our holiday and my husbands birthday. So when we got home, I emailed them saying I no longer wanted the swimming trunks as we were back from our holiday! I got an email back saying they would happily give me 20% off my next purchase (there won't be one!) but that if I want to return the swimming trunks I would need to pay for the postage (it does state this) but that the return address is in China and that it could cost £50 to return! That was their shocking customer service. For a pair of swimming trunks that cost me £34.95 I would have to pay £50 to return them!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM COMPANY- they have taken the name of a previous Uk company and are scamming people.
They take your money and send a completely random item and then ask you to provide the returns costings yourself, telling you that it will cost you £50 to return the item to their warehouse in China to put you off. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE

Delivery not on time, o ordered size L( I am M size) , they send me size S, i asked for refund because they sent me the wrong size they said I have to pay around £50.
So basically they sent me the wrong size and I have to pay for their mistake!
I've said to them , i refuse to pay for refund because was their problem and they stop emailing me back.

The 2 T-shirts I bought were made of poor quality fabric and poor construction. Both had their labels cut out, suggesting they were 'seconds' of a different brand. Size large was far too big. I asked for a refund and return items, but they responded "our return policy clearly states that returns must be sent back to our warehouse in China." this will incur costs of around £50 - Absolutely shocking. You can find better quality, cheaper goods elsewhere. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this web site. I usually look up reviews before buying, but unfortunately didn't this time, until now, which shows mostly bad reviews.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I ordered what was meant to be an emerald green linen shirt but what I received was the most tragic excuse of a shirt. The quality was the worst material I’ve ever seen. It was not linen at all! I emailed to return this and they responded to provide a 20% discount for my next order which will never happen! Then they said if I would like to return this it will cost me £50 when the shirt was £35. I would save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs. It also took over 3 weeks for this shambolic ‘shirt’ to arrive.

You cannot return items unless you pay £50 postage costs as their warehouse is in china. If you complain about the quality of a garment there response is:

Our return policy clearly states that returns must be sent back to our warehouse in China. This information is available on our website and was agreed upon at the time of purchase.

There responses look genuine but it is all just a con to sell below standard garments that you cannot reasonably return.

Avoid at all costs.

The company is one of growing number of companies who claim to operate from the UK but in actual fact source all their items (it would seem) from China. When the sweater I ordered eventually arrived, it was the wrong colour and def not Cashmere. When I queried this I was emailed to say that if I wanted a refund then I would have to return the item to China. They said that this is stated in the Terms & Conditions. The cost of returning to China would exorbatant and so I am left with the (unsatisfactory) garment. I heard on the radio that this is the latest form of scam. The way to get one's money back is to opeen a dispute with your bank and they will refund you.

This first time I've gone to the trouble of writing a bad review, but it's warranted for this company.
As already mentioned by other unhappy customers, please avoid this company.
1)The item I received was different to the photo on their website. The quality was also poor, and came with no labelling.
2) Sent a photo of the item I received and they said it was the same from their website (clearly wasn't)
3) Offered 20% of next order, but no offer of exchange for a correct item.
4) Took nearly 2 weeks to get a returns address, it does state that they'll be no extra cost if the item wrong of faulty. Unfortunately they will not except liability, so you will have to cover the cost of shipping back to China. They'll also tell that its going to cost £50 ship back to China, ignore this btw.
5) Shipped the item back (£20), arrived back to them on the 18th July. Contacted them on the 28th as seen my refund, received an email they need to speak to a different department. Received an email on the 31st..... 4 days still saying looking into the refund .

Anyhow I contacted my bank and got a refund.

The items that I purchased (Men's swim shorts) were garbage. When I requested a return I was told that I needed to send the items to China, this is despite everything on the website suggests that this is a UK company.

I recommend that you do not buy from this company.
