I don’t usually leave reviews

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m honestly really frustrated with this.
I placed an order over a week ago for £200+, and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s been dispatched, but the Royal Mail tracking hasn’t updated and still shows delivery due on 9th April — it’s now the 13th.
I get that courier delays aren’t directly your fault, but from my side, I’m left without the item and out of pocket while you wait for an update from them. That doesn’t feel right. Surely this is exactly the kind of situation insurance is there for — to protect both you and your customers.
I’ve contacted Royal Mail directly, and they have now raised a complaint regarding the parcel, as the tracking information has not been updated for the past four days. They have also confirmed this.
On top of that, the response from P&Co customer service has been non existent, which just adds to the frustration. At this point, it feels like it should be simple: if an order hasn’t arrived after this long, a replacement should be sent out.
I’d really appreciate this being sorted as soon as possible!

Amazing brand. Team and garms top notch!

Amazing customer service. Hosted P&co for a sample sale at Side Street and could not have had a better experience with them. The quality of their garments is amazing (would of bought everything if I could) and the guys behind the brand were just so warm and friendly. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

excellent customer service and fast resolution!


i recently had an issue with a purchase from p&co, but their support team was incredibly helpful. beau reached out very quickly after i contacted them and offered several solutions to fix the problem. i chose a refund, and the whole process was handled professionally and without any stress.
it is great to see a brand that truly stands behind its products and cares about its customers. i will definitely shop here again!

Ik ben helaas niet tevreden over mijn…

Ik ben helaas niet tevreden over mijn bestelling bij P&Co.

Bij ontvangst bleek één van de items beschadigd te zijn, wat natuurlijk erg teleurstellend is. Daarnaast is het maatverschil tussen de broeken echt lachwekkend — twee broeken in (naar verwachting) vergelijkbare maten vallen totaal anders, wat het erg lastig maakt om hierop te vertrouwen.

Wat het nog frustrerender maakt, is de klantenservice. Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen via e-mail, maar tot op heden geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Dit terwijl ze zelf aangeven dat je niet meerdere keren moet mailen, wat het extra frustrerend maakt als je helemaal geen antwoord krijgt.

Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, kost het €25 om een bestelling te retourneren. Dat vind ik behoorlijk veel, zeker gezien de problemen met de bestelling zelf.

Op basis van mijn ervaring zou ik het momenteel niet aanraden om hier te bestellen.

Absolutely love their pants although it took me awhile to get the right size. Sadly I have purchased two pairs that are too big until I sized down (against their website recommendations) and now I have one that fits perfectly. They are high quality clothes with a unique aesthetic that I love

Useless

A genuinely awful company. Avoid.

Ordering - great. Anything else - woeful to the point that it appears to be part of their business model.

Sent the wrong product, won’t respond to emails, makes you sign up for an account in order to even access returns, then charges you to return the incorrect product they sent, and even then it’s subject to manual approval.

Good clothes, absolutely abject company. Shop elsewhere. You’ll end up with the wrong item, out of pocket and waiting for the non-existent customer service team to notice your existence.

Very disappointing experience for a pricy brand

Very disappointing experience for a brand in this price range.

I followed P&Co’s size guide exactly and received a pair of trousers that was far too large. To exchange it, I had to pay €20 for the return, which is already excessive.

They advertise an “instant exchange”, but this is clearly misleading. After 5+ days, the replacement item has still not even been handed over to the courier. It appears they are waiting for the return first, which directly contradicts their own promise.

The return process is outsourced to a third party (Reveni), who then redirects you back to P&Co when something goes wrong. As a result, you are left stuck between two parties with no clear ownership or support.

To make things worse, the only return method offered is via FedEx, with the nearest drop-off point being a 45-minute drive one way. Expecting customers to spend 1.5 hours returning an item they already paid €20 for is simply unreasonable.

For a premium-priced brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Many other retailers offer far smoother return processes (easy drop-offs, QR codes, no printing), which makes this experience feel outdated and unnecessarily complicated.

Nice-looking clothes, but the sizing, return costs and overall customer experience are not up to standard. I would not order again.

Update – 09/04:

The situation has only gotten worse since my original review.

My replacement item eventually arrived, yet nearly two weeks later this issue is still not resolved because neither P&Co nor Reveni seems capable of offering basic customer service.

I have now contacted both companies multiple times and still have not received a proper response from an actual person. P&Co promises replies within 48 hours but has ignored me for over a week. Reveni continues sending useless automated copy-paste responses redirecting me elsewhere.

Meanwhile, I am repeatedly receiving automated reminders and threats of additional charges if I do not return the original item—despite the fact that I have explained over and over that the only return option provided requires a 45-minute drive ONE WAY to a FedEx drop-off point.

Let that sink in: I already paid €20 for this return, have spent weeks chasing both companies for help, and am now being threatened with extra fees because neither company can be bothered to provide a realistic solution.

For a supposedly premium clothing brand, this level of service is honestly embarrassing. I have never experienced customer service this poor from any online retailer.

At this point I can only conclude that P&Co’s aftercare is completely unacceptable, and I will absolutely never order from them again.

Worst online shopping experience ever!

Worst online shopping experience ever! ! bought two pairs of trousers in size 8UK, which is my usual size. I took the first pair to evaluate the quality and style, and liked them, so I bought another pair from the same line... and it was a disaster: jeans with zero stretch, super tight around the waist, almost suffocating.
I tried to contact customer service for an exchange, but NO ONE bothered to reply.
Over 50 days, I contacted the company through every channel possible: Facebook, Instagram DMs, emails... NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. Zero customer consideration. I don't recommend anyone dealing with such shameful customer service. I want my money back!Never again!

Order never turned up

Order never turned up.
It’s a shame I have some items I ordered from them last year and the delivery was pretty quick. The quality was also great. Unfortunately i've not received anything even though it was 'dispatched' over 2 weeks ago. I asked for a full refund but I got a £10 refund as a 'goodwill gesture' and told it would be delivered soon. That was over a week ago. Nothing yet, except for some odd further dispatch notifications that i think are manually pushed to give a sense of movement. I fear they are taking payments for items that may not be in stock or even made yet? If i'd had an update i'd be happy but i'm worried i'll be out of pocket for sometime after reading other reviews with the same issue (FYI... followed quickly by overly positive reviews focusing on supposed great customer service and delivery....ummmm convenient). If you want customer loyalty, honesty when it comes too delivery times is a good place to start.

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately have no direct control over its movements, while we provide estimated delivery dates, rare delays can occur within the courier's network. In this specific case, it appears the parcel was eventually returned to sender. This usually happens due to a sorting error, an issue with the address, or a missed delivery attempt.

We understand how frustrating it is to be told it’s coming soon when you just want your items. We offered the discount code as a sincere gesture for this inconvenience, but we also have to ensure we have clarity from the courier before we can officially declare a parcel lost or returned and issue a full refund or replacement.
