Good luck getting the box on time !
Had this subscription off and on for two years . The boxes themselves are great but dang literally NONE of the monthly boxes ship until the month is over already so if you’re looking forward to getting a holiday box the month of u might just want to look elsewhere cause it ain’t happening . N every time I send an email or comment on their Instagram wondering why they keep getting sent so late my comments get deleted and I get no response until they ship it than it’s just tracking info w no solution . They obviously don’t care about constructive criticism to make their brand better and instead delete negative comments and reviews which isn’t professional at all .

Great boxes, but fulfilment issues
I placed my order on 13/05/23 and my box has still not even been shipped. I understand that there can be delays in delivery because it’s the issue of a third party, but it’s still not been sent.
I learned about this company via ‘greenmama’ Youtuber. The box looked amazing and this YouTuber had high praises but of course they recieve their boxes on the first day of the month ! I understand that they need to receive their boxes early, but we’d like to enjoy it as well 😊
Please look into my order.
Update: I have now agreed to receive a replacement box, which came within a week. Not the box I wanted but at least it was quick !

The first box I got was great got it in about five days the second box they waited exactly the 10 full days for processing. I had to reach out and see what was going on with my box before they would ship it then when I got it, it was missing half the stuff and then the third box, I just didn’t get not only that, but then they change their processing days to 15 days and after reaching out it’s been two days since they told me they will look into it, and I’ve heard nothing so now I’m requesting a refund it’s been a total of 21 days that they have had my money without sending me what I paid for. What I’ve noticed is that the boxes come very quickly with your first order or if you don’t subscribe. If you subscribe you’re screwed and they will make you wait the absolute full time and I know this because I have referred other people to get their box and they started having issues as soon as they subscribed. They tried to say that they have Covid restrictions and forgive me for saying this as a small business owner who has an e-commerce shop that ships hundreds of packages a week unless it’s international there are no restrictions. I think they have bitten off more than they can chew and they care more about non-subscribers because they pay more for that box. There’s no point in subscribing.
Update they responded to my request for a refund so quickly. We will wait the 5-10 business days to see it in the bank if we don’t I’ll be back with another update.
When the first customer service agent reached out to fulfillment and said they get back to me, they never did but this one when it came to issuing the refund fulfillment is awfully quick about emailing you for that. Just a heads up in case anyone is waiting for a response.

Before I response to your review, please reach out to our support team about your missing items so we can have a replacement package shipped out as soon as possible. We are extremely sorry to hear that such an issue occurred.
I'll try my best to address your concerns and give you our perspective on the issues you mentioned.
When reaching out to our support team, we do our best to get back to you within the hour, and our standard is within 24 hours. However, this does not include follow-ups, in situations such as yours that require inquiries with our fulfillment team it takes longer. That's why you received an immediate response regarding cancelling and refunding your order.
From our fulfillment teams side, here's a quick look at what happens. They have a limited amount of boxes a month, we wait for the suppliers to provide us each item then it's a race to fulfill all the boxes. Given that each box consists of multiple items from different suppliers, sometimes there are shipping issues that result in some boxes getting substitute items. For example we might receive an incorrect number of a certain product and though the supplier tries to deliver the missing items quickly we start sending out boxes so our customers would not have to wait extra long. Other issues include damaged products, and so on.
When customers place an order for a box, they automatically get placed in the shipping queue. When you subscribe, the orders are made through the system directly. Depending on the length of the queue and you order's placement, the wait time varies.
Handling a long shipping queue every month means our fulfillment team are constantly aiming to meet deadlines and offer a speedy processing time. Which makes it difficult to inquire about a single order, and though we ask about multiple orders a day, the response depends on the workload our team is facing at the time.
I understand your concerns regarding single order vs subscription orders. Here at Daily High Club we care about the community we build and that's the whole premise behind our subscription boxes, to have repeat customer who we consider as our DHC family. We're sad to hear that you do not feel satisfied with our service and that you cancelled your subscription, but we hope to see you again in the future.

Shipping and stock issues
Boxes are really cool, I wish shipping was more consistent I’ve had so many issues with shipping. Package was lost on the way to me apparently but then they ran out of that box and didnt tell me till way later. Pieces are so nice tho

Unfortunately a side effect of the popularity of our boxes, they often sell out quickly resulting in us having to make new ones for situations like yours. Since that means we need to wait for the factory to produce the glass from scratch, it does tend to take a little bit of time.

Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam. Orderd the big rabbit box said it would take up to 3 weeks at most and its been a month and 2 weeks. I ordered as soon as it dropped on the website. I want my money back. Customer service is basically non existent; all they say is “we experienced a high sale volume it will be out soon” but my tracking info has even disappeared… im contacting my bank and getting my money

I requested more information from you in order to locate your order on our system and give a more specific response regarding the situation. But it seems you were unable to provide your info within the time limit imposed by TrustPilot.
Our support team are available via email, we do our best to get back to each and every question and concerns within 24 hours.
Our subscription boxes receive high demand, and we start shipping them in the middle of the month or when we are sold out of that month's boxes. We ship based on when you placed the order and many of our customers have an active subscription where an order is automatically placed right away. Your place in queue might have been the reason why you received your order later than expected.
Again, we apologize for your frustration, it was never our intention to mislead you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at any time.

this company is a must buy from
Let me start off with the positives. Customer support is amazing, i think all the other reviews on here are fake. I asked a few questions regarding shipping, well i ordered my first box and it arrived in about 4 days. It was missing a few minor items, I contacted customer support and that very same day they had replaced and already shipped the missing items. I find it hard to believe they are just ignoring people as these reviews state. This was my first time ever buying a box from anyone and have literally 0 complaints. Whoever packed my box is still a human being and as we all know humans make mistakes sometimes. Customer support gave me 0 issues and chose to believe me even though im sure some people try to scam companies and lie by saying missing or broken things. I am grateful for such an easy process, the quality of everything i got and the extremely fast shipping with tracking information. As a bonus they also gave me a giftcard as an apology as well. When they can turn a negative thing back into a positive who can possibly complain at that point. DHC is a must buy for their boxes and i will happily continue doing so.

Scam
Terrible service. I updated my address and they sent the order to the old address. Emailed them 7 times over a month and when they finally responded, they didn't even read the emails. They just confirmed they sent me package to the wrong address. After filling a complaint with the BBB they finally refunded me my $35.

They are scammers. They never respond to support emails and hide all tweets highlighting issues. Do not buy from this company the new owner has just been straight up scamming people. I've emailed them multiple times no response even directly emailed the owner and still no response. Taking peoples money and leaving them with nothing. They have the time to make promotional emails but not make a statement or reply to paying customers. Avoid buying from these people!!

Horrible customer service I recieved my item broken I ordered it july of 2022 I hit them up they said they would make it right. August rolls around I have to contact them because they wont contact me I find the item was out of stock and they would contact me later I asked them for a refund or something similar would be fine it is now September still nothing. Never use this company.

DONT USE THIS SITE
Ordered a 3 month subscription and some glass on the 1st of July and still haven’t received one item on the 2nd of August. I’ve email 6 times over 2 weeks and no answer. I had to open up a dispute. Trash customer service.

I am so terribly sorry about the delay of both your shipment and of our response to you. Earlier in the year, we had experienced a myriad of fulfillment, technical, and staffing issues all hitting us at the same time resulting in a breakdown of service to a completely unacceptable level.
