Please avoid you will lose your money. Have been using for years . Ordered 3 weeks ago order never arrived any attempt to contact rejection, email that that doesn't work and phone number that doesn't exist. Dreadful customer service.

I made a CBD purchase during Black Friday plus Elite membership, but the Elite offer was not applied to my account or to the order I placed. I have raised this issue multiple times, but although I’ve been told it has been resolved, this is not the case. There have also been significant delays between responses.

Not what it used to be…

Blessed was the only cbd company I ever used helped me in so many ways. Now it’s been taken over you can tell the difference majorly. Shame they sold it out took the money

I've used Blessed CBD for years, having originally (thoroughly) researched and picked it for its quality. Sadly, since it was bought by an American company the quality dropped SIGNIFICANTLY.

Just today I've received my last order of gummies, because I won't be using them again. Such a shame.

Since takeover by a Canadian Co the 1800mg full spectrum CBD oil is just not as potent any more. I've been buying it over 3 years as has my sister in law that I recommended to her. What used to cost around £70-is now under £20! Why? Is it because the product is possibly using inferior ingredients? It definitely tastes 'different' to how it used to, and not as potent. Will be buying a different brand from now on.

Until yesterday, I’d only ever bought CBD from BlessedCBD. Since they got taken over, the website is so unreliable I can’t order, and they ignore support requests. Their CBD quality has dipped in recent months too. So now I shop at lovehemp.com, better products and better service

Blessed’s full spectrum CBD oils are amazing, I’ve been taking the drops for a month now. 4 drops at night send me off to sleep really deeply. I have bought bottles for a few for friends who are all converts now as well. I spent a year as a patient of Curaleaf but gave it up as I was too sensitive to even the lowest dose of THC. However the trace amount in blessed’s full spectrum oils is the perfect amount for a light entourage effect and is all I need for an excellent nights sleep. Everyone is getting a little bottle of this magical stuff from me for Xmas… also their super quick delivery is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Been using this company for years. Always had fantastic quality CBD products.

They got taken over by a Canadian company and they have changed the quality of the CBD. It's not top notch anymore. It mediocre at best

They sent the wrong product.
Tried to contaxt numerous times and just ignoring me.

There are plenty of other honest providers.

I brought some items, on the date of delivery they request the items back so not delivered. No reply to emails, never had a replacement or refund, had to claim from bank. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been using this CBD for a couple of years now for chronic pain and previously it was and excellent product and service. I reordered at the start of October and received a dispatch email with tracking, thinking nothing of it. It was about a week later, when my order hadn’t turned up, I checked the DPD tracking and they’d provided me with a code that had been previously used in January and didn’t match my postcode. I contacted them and asked what was going on. I did get a response but then silence for another week. I then emailed again and threatened to do a bank payment reversal. I finally got another dispatch email and my bottles were delivered a few days later.
The quality of the product is far different to how it used to be. It’s thin and lighter than it used to be. It tastes somehow synthetic. I won’t be buying from this company again so long as the service and product remain this way. Cabana Club has ruined this previously excellent company. What a shame.

Quality is not there anymore, can't get hold of anyone at the company, cost cutting everywhere from products to delivery method (if you are lucky to receive your item) clearly this website is now a scam rather than a business. I would advise to look elsewhere.

I used to love this company's cbd patches, been buying them for several years and recommended to others, however 3 weeks ago my best friend tracked her order and dpd said not delivered. Since she has tried to contact Blessed, as have I and I even saw on insta another person saying the same, why aren't this company answering emails anymore? So i won't be risking my money buying stuff from them until they prove they are still operational and i'd advise everyone else to do the same. Well dodgy.

I was hoping Blessed would be the go-to online company for my CBD orders when reading their About Us information, but I’m deeply disappointed. My first order was submitted Tuesday evening. I’ve paid £4.99 for next day delivery so would expect my parcel to be delivered Thursday. I received an email Wednesday morning to tell me my parcel was dispatched and on its way with their carrier partner DPD and will arrive next day (Thursday). Great! Only when I’ve scrolled down the carrier is with Royal Mail. I click on the track parcel and my Royal Mail App loads only to tell me the tracking number isn’t recognised. After some time of trying for updates, Thursday I email Blessed for clarification, it is now Friday morning and there’s still no information on my parcel and no reply from Blessed. I’m left with no order, I’m left in the dark as there’s no tracking information to chase up my order and Blessed haven’t responded. Anger and frustration are all I have. Deeply deeply disappointed with Blessed !

They’ve gone down hills massively. I used to use them after research and recommendations song praised about the quality and consistency of product. Then they got acquired… first the gummies I usually bought were out of stock for months and customer support gave no indications of when that would change. Now they’re ’back’ but they’re a completely different gummy. It used to take one to help with my anxiety and insomnia. Now I eat two, the same strength according to the label, and they do nothing.

Time to find a new manufacturer.

Their CBD full spectrum oil I have used for years to stop my Restless legs syndrome at night. I haven't bought it for a while so I am waiting to get what I ordered a few days ago, I hope the quality has not dropped as stated in some reviews. I will edit this review if it has.

Because it has been so good for RLS I joined their affiliate program to promote it, unfortunately they do not pay out the earned commissions and do not reply to messages about it.
DO NOT join their affiliate program it is a rip off, shame.

UPDATE
Have changed my rating to one star as I have found what others have said is true, the quality has gone way down hill. I think they have watered the oil down and it no longer has the same effect. It is very pale and obviously no where near as strong.
Such a shame they will lose all their loyal users. Also the delivery took 5 days not next day.
I will now need to find another supplier, incredibly disappointed. Writing this at 2.35am as my RLS is driving me mad 😪

Like many other reviewers I too have been using Blessed CBD for years and I have to agree that since the takeover by Cabana club everything has deteriorated badly. Yes the prices seem unbelievable but the quality has dropped massively, not just with the products, but the functionality of their site and overall customer service. They used to be responsive and the oils were potent, but now it tastes weak and for some reason I can’t even login to their site. A real shame as I felt they were a company I’d buy from for life.

Says next day delivery but 4 days later still not delivered. DPD Says received order but not parcel ?

I have had the full spectrum 1800mg oil for several years now and it has been brilliant. However the recent batch I purchased was very different - very pale in colour, virtually tasteless and very weak. I have had to more than double the dose to be effective. Despite several exchanges with the company they have offered no explanation and frankly little interest in my experience.They have only offered a refund if I return the unopened bottles. I think their attitude is disgraceful. Can anyone recommend a good alternative supplier?
