The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful. Aric has no business answering emails. I received an item that was unusable but from first inspection looked completely normal, so I filled the bowl once I tried to take a hit realized the manufacturer mistake. They didn't get the hole drilled out completely so it was extremely difficult to pull. So yes Aric I did try to use it ! But since you didn't bother to even ask and just hid behind a bunk policy you lost a customer and everyone i ever speak with will know. You are terrible at ur job. Will never use again!!

In this case though, we can see the order was delivered on August 1st, and you contacted us on August 5th, since the item has already been used, it falls outside what we're able to accept for a return or replacement.
Just for reference, the DHC Fully Wrapped Striped Bowl is a 14mm bowl piece meant to sit in the joint of a bong or water pipe, packed with dry herb and lit while inhaling through the piece. If there was ever an issue with the hole not being drilled through properly, that would show up on first use, which is why we ask customers to report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Man oh man where do I start, The shipping is lightning fast, The people behind the screen are absolutely phenomenal. They were so helpful and replied to my emails almost instantaneously. This is the best subscription box and online smoke shop there could ever be. I’m beyond excited and thrilled to get more stuff from DHC and to be specific “Zanish R” is hands-down your best employee if you’re thinking about getting a box or even just a piece this is the site to do it on. Absolutely love this site. Was subscribed for almost a year and a half and omgg😅 I have too many products😂 Absolutely loved it while I was subscribed, well worth it if you love smoking😂 Had 1 broken bong in my package and they sent a new one within just a few days. The support system for help is great as well. They get back to you within 24 HRS! Overall loved this while I was subscribed

Everyone is so helpful
Everyone is so helpful and has the patience of a saint. Sent me a new piece when mine broke because of the post office. Nothing to do with them and they could have rightfully said no, and they ended up taking action anyways. They are amazing and have the greatest customer service.

I had a great experience with DHC! I placed an order for a terp slurper set and accidentally clicked the wrong color before placing my order. Well I reached out to let them know and see how they could assist me, and they took care of the issue in less than 24 hours and they were very kind about it!

They're kinda crooked
They're kinda crooked. Had extremely deceptive listing that appears to be one thing but is actually just parts. And basically lead you along in email until they decide no won't take return despite package being unopened and untouched. All through shipping process assured me that I could return for refund soon as I got it tune changed. Stay away deceptive company

I’ve tried ordering from them 6 times
I’ve tried ordering from them 6 times. Only twice has gone through successful without any issue. They take my money without making sure the package is delivered, then make me jump through tremendous obstacles just to have it resent. At this point, i won’t be resubscribing. I just want my money back.

Glass made outta terrible quality and the quality control is ever worse because my stuff is off centred or unshaped properly. I can’t remember what I or support said because it’s taken over a year for my email to be received. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY AT ALL. Can’t even make a proper complaint due to the fact this happened over a year ago and the website only allows minimum 12 months not a day over. Cool designs and attention grabbing stuff but in reality it’s dogshit all around
