Svar fra Cut Price Insulation
Hi,
As discussed I am personally going to deal with this. We used a third party delivery company for this order and they are aware of this incident.
They are downloading the delivery video and will investigate this, and then let me know the outcome.
I have given you my personal phone number as I understand the importance of this.
Thanks,
Rob
