Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service – Avoid!
I placed an order with Trade Insulations Ltd and requested cancellation the following morning, less than 24 hours later.
Despite this, they insisted on charging £120 to cancel. They also required me to provide someone to help their driver unload the materials, which I wasn’t expecting.
Their customer service was extremely disappointing, with no understanding or flexibility. Definitely my first and last order with this company.

Hi,
We’ve taken the time to look into your order to understand what happened, and the timeline makes things a little clearer.
Your order was processed on Friday 23rd for delivery on Tuesday 27th. You then requested delivery for Monday 26th, effectively asking for next-working-day delivery when our business does not operate over the weekend.
Unfortunately, we can’t simply rearrange the entire delivery schedule at the drop of a hat. Our team had already spent time processing your order and booking it into the delivery schedule, which is why cancelling at that stage incurred a charge.
We appreciate that you were hoping for a different outcome, but there’s a difference between a service not meeting expectations and expecting a service that wasn’t originally agreed.
As for your comment about never ordering from us again, we’ll respectfully leave that decision with you. We believe in treating customers fairly, but that also means respecting the time and work our team puts into every order.
We wish you the best with your project, and hopefully your next supplier can offer delivery at a time that better suits your expectations.

Excellent service from start to finish!
I ordered 18 of the 40mm Soprema PIR Insulation Boards (1200 x 2400mm), and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Delivery was super fast, and everything was delivered with great care. The online ordering process was easy and straightforward, and the communication afterwards was absolutely fantastic.
I honestly cannot fault anything. Excellent service, great communication and a smooth, hassle-free experience from beginning to end.
Highly recommended! I would definitely order from them again.
