very difficult to place the order
very difficult to place the order. My english is not too good and I had a hard time finding out how to fill the form. I had to go through chat to have some cues and even then, it wasn't easy to understand. I sent an email with our logo, names list and the details of what we wanted but it seems that I also have to fill the form on line. Even now, I am still note sure if my order will be taken care correctly :(

I had issues with my pen customization
I had issues with my order. I contacted support through chat, and they were quick to test and confirm that they had a problem on their side, and they would look into it and contact me by email. He ended up following through and contacting me once it was working correctly. This type of support and willingness to admit being wrong and fixing it quickly is what causes me to trust a company with my money and time.

Old site so much better
I have ordered from Name Badges International for years. This new site is painful to use. Please make adjustments for easier ordering.
Please add a field for PO numbers also as most ASI members need this information for billing.

Ok product
We have several name tags from Name Badges Int'l whom you absorbed. The ones we just got from you seem lesser quality. They are printed slightly off center, so the white edge shows slightly more on one side than the other. They are not quite as solid, they feel lighter and almost hollow. The colors aren't as bright. Would have liked add'l font choices. But the service and shipping were fine, a little faster than before.
