Products turned out great and arrived way more quickly than I anticipated. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Only word of caution, and it really is my fault too, is that I didn’t receive an order confirmation and there was no recorded of the transaction on my card so I ordered again and ended up with double what I needed.at least they combined shipping for everything.

I run a small custom hardware business
I run a small custom hardware business, so the quality of my branding materials has to be top-notch. Customgenie made the entire design and setup process incredibly easy, and their customer service team was highly responsive to all my questions. Delivery was exceptionally fast, but the real standout was the final product—the epoxy dome stickers look fantastic and feel premium. On top of the great quality, they generously doubled my original order of 100 stickers to 200. Exceptional value and top-tier service all around. I will absolutely be using them for future production runs.

not happy with the name badges
The names on the badges looked faint and smaller than on the mockup. The logo was lower than it looked on the mockup. The plastic over the name badges felt a bit sticky like it wasn't fully cured.

Sending survey before receiving product
I think it is silly to send a review before a customer even gets their product. I ordered one badge, they weigh about an ounce and you charged me 150% of the cost of the badge for shipping. I called in as I needed assistance, the person who I spoke with said he could not help - the software is limited.

Terrible Customer Service.
Terrible customer service. I did not receive the requested proof before production and needed to make a change from what was originally submitted, so my name badge was not correct when delivered. I also did not receive a reply to my email inquiry regarding this issue. I have been using NBI for my company's name tags for years, but will not be ordering from Custom Genie again.
Updated to add: A rep reached out with questions after I posted my initial review, seemingly in an effort to resolve my issue. I responded, but once again never heard back. The customer service I have received from World Emblem / Custom Genie is atrocious, and I would not recommend dealing with this company.
