Curtain Pole Store Anmeldelser

I needed new curtain pole(s) for a bay window and with heavy curtains. Curtain Pole Store were fantastic throughout: Their clear website and general specifications made choices easy to manage. Very prompt delivery of the ideal product. Due to a slightly unusual wall layout, I needed some extra items in the following days and all arrived promptly. My queries were handled efficiently and courteously. Overall this company and its products are exemplary in all regards and I shall use them whenever I need curtain poles.

Quick, easy, fast delivery. Would use agsin 😊

Ordering process was easy, delivery swift. The goods were very well packaged and the finish of the wrought iron pole and fittings were exemplary. Sound attention to detail. Looks like a powder coated finish. I wanted a quality, refined look without it being forced, and this item delivered. High quality product, not cheap, but, I'd buy again. Made in England and they look chic and refined in my garden office!

Exactly what we ordered excellent quality.
Prompt and safe delivery .

Easy to navigate website wide choice of products Quick to deliver Well wrapped parcel Great service and reasonable price

Excellent.

I ordered a curtain pole from this amazing company a couple of weeks ago and it arrived the very next day! I was very surprised. The pole was very well packaged and we are very pleased with it. It was easy to put up and it looks great.

Fantastic ease of transaction and delivery..bought online recieved within a week and was kept informed via e mail the progression of delivery..fantastic thank you

Very good quality pole, very simple to install and it arrived well protected and quickly. Recommend highly.

It is a good quality curtain pole although would have liked male and female connectors built into the pole for joining the two halves. The advice is to cut the pole where it joins in the middle but more sensible to cut at the ends as the finials cover the cuts and as mentioned if you have in built connectors in the middle it makes things easier. Screw for joining the two halves is not very good plus you have to be very precise drilling new hole.

Good quality product at good price. Delivery was quick and as quoted on website. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting curtain poles and rails

Arrived in good packaging ,pole looks great.
However I've not put it up yet as still decorating.
First impressions good.

Excellent service, competitive prices, fast delivery although the package was damaged during shipping even though the goods was well packaged i noticed one of the brackets was damaged, after a quick email reporting the matter a replacement arrived foc the next day.

will be using again in the near future

The curtain poles I bought are really good, plain and simple (as I ordered) and a good price.
They were quick to post, and good effective communication, no hesitation to order from them again in the future when I redo another room. Thanks

The pole was very securely packaged and delivered safely. It was exactly what we wanted. Very Good.

The curtain pole is a good standard however when I tried to return some items I have had no response whatsoever, despite emailing twice. Shocking service.

The correct process and email address was followed. I have just sent everything on to you - again.

These curtain poles are as advertised on the website. Of good quality and were delivered very quickly. I'm pleased with them.

Very efficient and easy ordering system. Excellent on delivery. The pole has been checked and everything fine, just waiting for the fitter to do the job. Having worked for 25 years as Head of a Soft Furnishings Department I know quality of goods and service is so important. Will always use again in the future. Christine

We ordered a 240cm curtain pole but on arrival realised the wood didn’t match the rest of our furniture as closely as we had hoped. The curtain pole was still in its original box, completely unopened. When trying to return we were told we would have to arrange this ourselves and at our own expense; the parcel was too large for most standard delivery/returns companies and the cheapest available courier option was over £40. So in order to get a refund on our £50 curtain pole we were expected to pay £40 of our own money, making the entire process not worth it. Would advise against using this company if you think there is any chance you may need to return the product. The system is completely nonsensical.

Beautiful wood, I really like the quality and style of the curtain pole.
