CuriosityStream has a lot of really great quality content to learn from. Franz in Customer Support was truly exceptional in processing my request and did so with kindness and in a personalized manner. Not only is the content offered by CuriosityStream top-notch, their amazing customer support deserves an award for truly good human interactions when compared to some of the online automated practices used today. I love Curiosity Stream
I love Curiosity Stream, but I don't watch TV anymore. In fact, I got rid of my TV altogether. Bernadett in customer support was fabulous, and processed my refund immediately. This is a great channel with great customer support.

Good customer service, but refund process could be smoother
I recently requested a refund after my annual subscription auto-renewed on January 4th. I had cancelled just two days after the renewal, and given that the subscription price had changed significantly, I felt it was reasonable to expect an automatic refund rather than having to go through the request process.
That said, Franz from the customer support team was excellent throughout our communication. He was understanding, responsive, and ultimately processed my full refund of $47.99 as a one-time accommodation. The entire exchange was professional and courteous.
My only criticism is that for cancellations made so quickly after an auto-renewal the refund should really be automatic rather than requiring back-and-forth emails.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome and appreciate Franz's help.

Forgot to cancel my auto-renewing subscription and got billed for another year but customer service helped me with the cancellation and a refund.
I thought it was nice that they also offered documentary suggestions for what I would be interested in watching when I mentioned that I don't use the service enough to pay for it.

Customer service was excellent - however
Customer service was excellent. Only draw back was auto-renewal without warning ...only once a year - if you didn't mark your calendar, the day came and then you were on the hook for another entire year with no means to cancel. Wrote management immediately, however being a holiday weekend they didn't et back to me as soon. Bottom line - they worked it out were I should see a full refund.
Enjoy Curiosity Stream however they have priced themselves out. Sad
