Beyond my expectations!

Not only the content/programming, but most importantly the SERVICE and SUPPORT... great people!

A great service, many interesting things to watch.

And fantastic customer service.
I had thought I updated my listed email address, but notifications were at my old email address about it renewing and that there was a cost increase.
Unfortunately, due to my personal circumstances at the moment, I can't afford it. I didn't notice it until the charge went through on my credit card.

They were very understanding and they helped me straight away with cancelling and getting a refund.

I appreciate it so much. I don't think that every company would do that.
I look forward to being able to re-subscribe once I can.

Customer service was awesome as well as the streaming service in general. I would highly recommend them!

I canceled my subscription as I do not remember ordering it. Nikka was great. After getting some information she needed, it was done! A few minutes is all it took. I was so impressed I told her she was a great representative of the company and I might even think about signing up. That made me apprehensive but all is well especially when Franz answered and responded to my request. I resubscribed to Curiosity Stream. I had become very busy and didn't have time to watch documentaries so I paused my subscription. I got an email about $.99 for three months if I came back but the link wouldn't work. I talked to Franz and Customer Service and he gave me a code to try to get that discount. It didn't give me that discount but he was watching and checking in on me. He emailed me and said he saw the code didn't work and he credited me back two months and extended my subscription.

The documentary are very good and Customer Service is outstanding. I would recommend this for sure

Someone charged a membership using my account. When I spoke to customer service, the agent was very pleasant and professional and went out of his way to make sure my issue was solved.

Great customer service. My problem was solved in a few minutes time.

The support is very good and they resolved my situation quickly. Underneath that, I don't think there should have been a situation to begin with. I was automatically charged for a new year. I have email notifications turned on, so I figured they'd announce in advance a yearly charge. They didn't, and I understand why, but knowing why just tells me it's dishonest. I had to find out by looking at my credit card that I'd been charged. I didn't even receive an email receipt.

My communications were by email ... and they were timely responses, efficient and considerate, with a desired outcome.

Contacted customer support and reached Nikka. She was GREAT and handled my request with kindness and professionalism.

Great customer service from Bernadett. Had to cancel but got refunded. Just wishing CS will add more interesting content then I will reconsider renewing my subscription.

One of the best Streaming Services from a content perspective. Great learning documentaries and educational videos for everyone, especially for kids!

Received an offer via email which I accepted. Was then charged almost 3 times the amount that was stated in their email. Cancelled immediately.
