Excellent customer service. They answered promptly and resolved my issue to my uttermost satisfaction.
Delivery didnt show up. Customer service useless, saying will take 3-7 days to respond
We bought a child’s bedroom suite about a year before we needed it and put in storage .
We recently took everything out of storage and built the wardrobe and chest of drawers , all good , very happy with it . We then built the bed , but we could only find one box of 2 .
We contacted cuddleco , they were great , considering we took the Original delivery a year ago , they sent out another box for the bed , no questions asked . I’m impressed with them , (for all they know , we could of lost the original box or damaged it and given them some story to get them to supply the 2nd box for the bed ) we explained we took the delivery 12 months ago but only just built it now , I think they handled it brilliantly and quickly . Well done ! And thanks very much .

Ordered nursery furniture beginning of September to be delivered 7th November. Got a text that morning (7th) that the delivery has been cancelled. They have now just told me it has been discontinued, surely they would have known that before. Also it was me that to contact them, they never contacted me.
Ordered a cot bed mattress stated 140 x 70 cm, when put into cot bed found to be 5 cm too short it measures 130 x 70cm. The 5cm gap is dangerous as the baby could get a leg or arm trapped. Tried to contact customer services chat not working emails not answered. So now I’m stuck with a mattress that can not be used and this was the most expensive that they sell. DO NOT USE CUDDLECO !
Terrible customer service, an ok mattress. My order went missing as the sender hadn’t put the correct address on the label, left to me to chase where my order was and when it would be delivered. Contacted cuddleco multiple times with no success, one point the cuddleco email got me through to the Doona customer care team.
As for the mattress itself, it’s ok I wouldn’t say it’s brilliant and it’s slightly bigger than the measurements state so doesn’t sit flush into the cot bed slots.
Probably wouldn’t use this company again in the future, I’d suggest avoiding if you can.
I would recommend this mattress as it is just perfect. Comfortable and a great fit!
Amazing! Didn’t think I’d get my nursery furniture delivered 3 days after ordering! It looks gorgeous in my nursery. Delivery men rang half an hour before delivering and put it where I needed it! Would highly recommend
Wish I had read reviews first. Mattress covered in biro marks. One reply from customer service in a month, nothing being done about it. Absolutely shocking for a company dealing with baby products where care and cleanliness should be number one priority.

Placed an order for the Luna set. The furniture that arrived was nice and easy to put together. Delivery was on time and tracking was available.
However, we had 2 of the same piece delivered meaning we couldn't assemble an item. After contacting via email and waiting 2 weeks with no reply, phone calls to a listed number that is not active but redirects to email/live chat, and going to live chat to be greeted by a message that the function is no longer available, our only solution is now a charge back via our bank.
If CuddleCo had better customer service I'd happily have given 5 stars as shipping mistakes happen.
CuddleCo eventually returned my email after 2 weeks. They sent the correct package and picked up the incorrect package free of charge. New item is great and fits in well with the other 2 items
giving the one star for the lovely furniture, but, apart from that, the worst customer service i have ever experienced. we have had our furniture for a year now and the dresser broke almost straight away, when i contacted the company for a replacement part, they asked for batch number, which i sent immediately.
i have been waiting months for a response, live chat doesn't work, i have filled the form out multiple times.
avoid at all costs, put your money else where.
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Order a large giraffe toy for a present. Evri stated they lost the parcel then asked me to contact the company, received one email about the refund and then when I requested the refund it was never answered. The product was due over a month ago and haven’t heard anything. Shocking customer service and would not recommended, avoid at all cost!
Never experienced such shocking customer service do not buy from here.
No one will reply to your emails, online chat has never been turned on and then you will be asked to review products that you haven't even received.
Mattress is ok, I was expecting a much firmer mattress given it says firm with pocket springs, but not that firm, but does the job. Also the first mattress was delivered incorrectly. They did resolve the issue quickly and efficiently
Scammers. They send wrong items, it's broken and never come back to you. Avoid at all cost.
I ordered a changing table and it arrived broken. Every single part was broken in some way. I immediately got in touch with photos looking for a resolution. That was 2 weeks ago and all I have received is an email asking which specific parts were broken. Still awaiting a resolution.
