Bought some play room items as recommended and seen in a friends house. They look really gorgeous, are really good quality, the tent is larger than expected, really good value. Packaged well, arrived quickly. 😃

We received 1 right part of a bed and 1 wrong part. To get the wrong part collected my husband went to the courier himself as you would not reply. Then you sent out dhl when you already had the wrong part back. We have had 4 “delivery bookings” for the right part which was ordered on April 17th and still nothing, they get cancelled the morning of delivery after me re planning my week to be home. Utterly embarassing and you have given little compensation for any of this or responded. We are looking to withhold our payment with the bank if you do not sort this out. Good luck if ordering with them, lucky I ordered in advance of baby arriving by a good 3/4 months, let’s hope the bed arrives some point this year at this rate

Order never arrived. Seems like a larger issue when looking at other reviews, I regret not looking at these first. They need to change the couriers that they work with by the sounds of things. I ordered a mattress on the 17th of May and still no sign of it by DHL. Asked 2 or 3 times for a return and they don’t reply to those emails? told them many times that I’m fed up and need my money back and they just ignore this part every time. Will not be ordering again

Firstly you will not be able to get a hold of anyone on the phone from cuddle co, the live chat they offer no one will ever be online, its just a front for you to email them, the email SLA of 1-2 days will never get meet and it really depends on who you get to resolve anything or even reply.
Originally ordered on the 17th April and am still without one part of my order to complete my cot being built(box 2 of 2 Luna in CashMere/Ash) it is now the 28th May, had incorrect items delivered on first attempt and I was meant to get box 2 of 2 delivered last week and the collection of the wrong order which we received, got automated message from courier company to say they had not received item from cuddle co so delivery was cancelled, i called the courier company regarding collection and they did come around to collect wrong item that was delivered on my first attempt, on contacting cuddle co AGAIN they then arranged a collection for some reason through DHL but was nothing to collect, i hope slating them on here will get some actual response, fed up emailing. Next course of action for me is to dispute the payment via my bank as i am still without my item.

Had a very odd customer service experience via email when wanting to know more about a product. It seemed like I wasn't interacting with a real person? Clara would respond a few minutes after I sent my inquiry (including late in the evening) with a lengthy response, not answering my questions at all and providing a bunch of unrelated, generic information available on the website... Could I please speak to a real person?

Ordered from the Doona website which Cuddle Co own and host, I did not know that at the point of ordering. Paid for next day delivery to give a day extra contingency pre holiday and planning to take the item. Order placed via the shop app as directed by their website.
By the next day it said they were still preparing and I should have been expecting delivery. Doona website states to contact cuddle co customer services but they were initially clueless, kept asking for an order number that didn’t fit what I had. Didn’t seem to know that they own the Doona website. Anyhow may be there was a discussion behind the scenes but the customer advisor seemed to understand now. Had me send an email to another CuddleCo email address which she then ultimately responded to anyhow (unnecessary they could have forwarded to correct email for their own internal admin purposes).
End result is I dealt with Clara in customer services, she was unfailingly polite and patient through all of our interaction. She reassured me throughout the process they would try and do everything they could and you know what they did, she got that trike shipped same day and we received it for the holiday and wow it was a hit! I want to say a massive thank you to Clara especially. I noticed the next day delivery fee was refunded too, the right thing to do but many companies would make it difficult to do.

Poor customer service, ordered the Clara luxe set almost two weeks ago for them to contact and say the drawers are out of stock until August! When the order was purchased the full set was in stock. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard anything from them not even a confirmation email or anything! As the cot is getting delivered and having to wait upon the drawers. Would not recommend so far at all!

Poor customer service. I placed my order and contacted the delivery team the following day to ensure the item was in stock (they assured me it was) and arranged my delivery slot. On delivery date I received a notice to say the item was not in stock and would not be available until August. I was issued a refund (without my approval/request as what I actually wanted was to change the colour of my order which apparently was in stock) and I subsequently contacted customer service about this via email and never received a response. Would never order from here again.

I was anxious after I ordered from CuddleCo and then saw the Trustpilot reviews, but in the end I had nothing to worry about!
I ordered two pieces of children’s furniture with next day delivery. Received both the next day. They were delivered by courier DHL, who bought them up to our 3rd floor flat (pieces small enough for one man delivery and we have a lift) boxes and items in excellent condition, lovely well made pieces and I’m very happy with them! Would order from here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with CuddleCo has been so poor that I feel others should be aware.
I purchased a piece of furniture from CuddleCo, but on the day of delivery, 10 April 2026, I decided to return it after choosing an alternative item. I tried calling multiple times to arrange the return, but no one answered. I had no choice but to email instead.
Eventually, a DHL collection was arranged, and I received a text confirming collection for Friday 24 April between 4:02pm and 5:02pm. I made sure I was home well in advance, but no one arrived.
Communication has been incredibly poor throughout. Emails have either been ignored or responded to after significant delays. Over two weeks after I first contacted CuddleCo to arrange the return, the item still has not been collected.
I then spent even more time trying to contact DHL. Calls were repeatedly disconnected, and their WhatsApp service was completely unhelpful, offering only automated messages that incorrectly stated the parcel was "out for delivery." Speaking to an actual person appeared impossible.
The item is still sitting in my home, uncollected. DHL did not arrive on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I contacted CuddleCo again for assistance and, once again, received no response.
This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication, poor organisation, and complete absence of urgency or accountability have been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly urge potential customers to think carefully before purchasing, particularly if there is any chance you may need customer support after placing an order.
If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would!

Stay away from this awful place. I ordered a doona witch never arrived I’ve been in contact with them multiple times and they keep ignoring me refuse to give a refund, £269 down the drain I’m heavily pregnant and all they have done is cause stress, they was happy to investigate the situation and ones they seen there wasn’t any evidence I received it they went ahead and ignored me. And now won’t answer me. 100% don’t recommend absolutely awful customer service and awful shop in overall

Ordered six pieces of furniture - we've had issues with half of them so far.
Two furniture products arrived with damaged parts and one came in the wrong colour.
No one from CuddleCo is responding to us. Who knows how many other issues we'll find - we're running out of space to open all the boxes!
Their 1 day SLA, 24/7 availability, Mon-Fri 9-4:30pm live chat is all rubbish - they are never online, never reply and I've followed up many times.
Shocking how many issues we're having - baby is due to arrive any day now and we're worried we'll be be stuck with this damaged and mismatching furniture forever and be out of pocket!
Happy to update review if CuddleCo would respond and resolve our order issues asap!
