I ordered a canvas for my wife intended for Christmas. Here we are January 15th 2025 and it still has not shown up. I emailed and got the same email as others.... It is shipping and thank you for your patience. I have sent multiple emails after with no reply. Tracking says it has been in Los Angeles and last dated January 7th. Very poor communication!

I ordered my canvas on December 10 and was told normally 2 weeks, but probably closer to 3 weeks - no biggie I figured as much with it being 2 weeks from Xmas . It’s not January 9 and still no canvas . The effin tracking shows it’s been setting in Los Angeles since January 4 WHY? For five days it’s just sat there ? That’s bullshit . And please stop using the Shopify tracking . It suckd . If you’re too cheap to use a top or even mid tier courier and just charge for shipping or give us the option . That way we can at least choose to pay another $26 for shipping at get it in 3 weeks vs free shipping and it’s arrival is as unknown as the lottery numbers . BUY AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS ONLY! I didn’t realize this was made in China or I’d not ordered it however, I’ve ordered ‘MANY THINGS coming from China and received it faster than this - ridiculous

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, I placed my order on 12/1 and have yet to recieve my order. The tracking numbver that was sent to me just shows that it is in transit and nothing more. The company will not get back to me about exactly where my order is, they won't even tell me which carrier has my package.

Canvas took a month to arrive and not as described
I ordered a custom canvas expecting to receive a printed and mounted canvas like the one shown in the video. Not only did it arrive over a month after I placed the order, but it also turned out to be just a printed sheet on a roll—not the mounted canvas they make it appear to be. Very disappointing!

Nice canvas, poor tracking info
The couples dating in love canvas is very nice & was an impulse buy,but it was costly for it’s size & I’m sure I could’ve sourced it cheaper if I’d bothered to look,seen the ad on instagram & was under the impression it was a uk company,if I’d knew they were a Chinese outfit & it would take so long to receive I wouldn’t have bothered,the communication was poor & no way of contacting them, they sent an email with a tracking link, but this wasn’t updated daily & it took nearly 2 weeks to just leave china, they stated on the order that it would be dispatched by Royal Mail & that gave me the impression that they were uk based, on reaching the uk it was delivered by evri & im surprised it reached me & in one piece,

This so called company is a complete disgrace.
I made and paid for an order for a christmas gift in late Nov.2024 promising an 8day delivery.I never received this order as of Christmas Eve and sent an inquiry as to the state of my order. Prior to this I tried tracking the order and the order number couldn't be found. I then sent a request for my money to be refunded. It was then i finally heard from someone Named Jamie that said the order was sent to their reliable carriers. Well after several emails that went unanswered my order arrived on Dec. 30. I told my wife Merry Christmas, opened the package and it wasn't even my order ! had someone else's names on it. I have never dealt with a business so inept in my life. Don't ever do any business with this company. I'm still waiting to hear from someone to explain this disaster, And yes I still want my money back !

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Go through Amazon or a more trusted company. I placed my order on Dec 4, I have yet to receive my order...22 days later. I did track and as of today, my order is in Shanghai. I have sent multiple emails requesting details of their promise of order processing. I received one and have to receive a response to my following emails.
I would not suggest using this company and I am about ready to ask for my money back, not a credit, a full refund since they have not kept their side of the order agreement. This was to be a Christmas gift, but I think I would be lucky to give as an Easter or Halloween gift.
So disappointment with the service and this really goes to show the quality of this company's reputation. Customer satisfaction is important along with making sure that the customer is feeling insecure and the non responsiveness is very low grade.

Deceptive Company
I ordered (2) canvases on 11/20/2024 under the impression that they were made and shipped with USA per their advertisement. I entered a dispute with my payor on 12/7/2024 because the seller had not provided tracking information. My request to the seller kept promising tracking information and I requested that they cancel the order. They kept assuring the order was shipped and offered a tracking number that said NO information. Today, 12/26/2024, the item arrives with multiple shipping labels and after peeling them away, the item was shipped from CHINA, to Washington State, to Chicago and then to me!

Bogus website????
I purchased a custom canvas with my name and my children's and husbands in a 30x40 framed. What I received after two confirming emails was something much smaller, unframed and with the names on the sample they use on their website instead of the names of my family. I immediately reached out to them and have still not received any email back. I guess this is a bogus website. Initially I thought I did something wrong and when I checked the confirming emails it did not have all the names of my family, just the item. However, when I was paying for it on their website, it did spit back to me the names of my family members. If they are a legitimate company, they will email me back and offer to send the appropriate item. If they are not, then I will probably not hear back from them.

I ordered a canvas a few weeks ago
I ordered a canvas a few weeks ago. They charged my card and I did receive two follow up emails confirming my purchase. However I am not able to track the package anywhere and have NOT had any replies to my messages to the company. I tried to email them using the email they provide on their website and in email confirmation, however it is undeliverable bc the email address is not found! I messaged on their website without response. Of course then I found all the horrific reviews! I should KNOW better!!! Now I’m going to dispute the charges with my bank on Monday! So annoyed!

This company appears to be bogus
This company appears to be bogus! I place order for a newlywed couple - street sign canvas with their names. Order placed on 11/30/24 and posted to charge card on 12/1/24. Tried to contact to find out order status and got a virtual assistant that is worthless. Finally had an "agent" connect after close to 20 minute wait. Supposedly checked our emails and address and could not find any recent order but found one from many years ago. This is the first order ever!
There were no confirmation emails - no messages with an order number - and now no satisfactory follow up service.
No other conclusion at this point other than a bogus company! They are welcome to prove me wrong and I will be happy to change my review if they do!
Until then--I will dispute the charges on the credit card!
1 rating would give them 0 if possible at this point

Never again will I be eager to make a…
Never again will I be eager to make a purchase from a site like theirs! I placed my order on Nov. 21, there wasn't a tracking number or email confirmation sent. I downloaded the shop app in an effort to track my order, and initially it was showing the order, but with no status change.
As of today's date it's no longer showing up on the "Shop" app at all. They keep sending the same generic email response every time I email them! I work part time, and don't have money to give away! I am fed up with their lack of concern so I have disputed it with my bank!!! I've been with my bank for over 25 years, and NEVER had to dispute a transaction until now!!!

Please be aware you cannot trust that business - they might decide to respond to some of your emails, but might be when they fancy doing it...
When you raise a dispute with your bank, miraculously appears that the item is shipped, although you would not get it delivered for another 10 days.
Which makes it completely pointless:is there any point to get a personalised gift after the occasion is passed ? Just to mention, consider 4+weeks is not enough for their team to process, produce and deliver... These are all different stages of their process, do not get confused.
Time and money wasted!
Review update: following the escalation with paypal the seller contacted me and to my question what to do with a present that arrived tok latr and the friends that it was supposed to be givrn are three thousand milrs away, the srller went further and made a very cynical suggestion :post it to them.
