A happy day. World wide insurance sorted.
It is an easy and relatively quick process. However you do have to pay to join NFOP.

It was refreshing to be able to speak to a real human being
It was refreshing to be able to speak to a real human being in the sign up process. Lee was polite, professional and helpful and so taking out my policy was a pleasure. The premium was also way less than other companies I'd tried.

Really pleasant experience
Mandy was honest, upfront and concise when asking questions - making my experience changing my car insurance for the first time in nine years very pleasant.
Most importantly she saved me money!

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with, and no medical questions needed to be answered.
Just need to be fit to travel, with a doctors note if required.
Cover for all holiday spots including cruise holidays and at a very good price.
I’ve not had to make a claim so unable to comment.

Thank you for your review. We're delighted that we were able to help reinstate your travel insurance policy and that Lee was able to work with our underwriters to achieve a positive outcome for you.
As annual multi-trip policies are designed to provide cover for a full 12-month period, they are not rated in the same way as single-trip policies. Because of this, they are not generally intended to be cancelled and then re-joined later on a pro-rata basis. In your case, reinstatement was only possible following agreement from the underwriters, which we were pleased to secure for you.

I rang originally to enquire about the travel insurance. I was given a lot of I formation. I rang twice more to clarify a couple of points that I wasn't sure about. All three times the staff were very professional and polite.

A friend told me about NFOP and the insurance managed by CSIS. We were looking for multitrip travel insurance that would extend beyond 80. We rang about the insurance and had a useful, friendly conversation. There were none of the usual probing, time consuming health questions, good trip length, and if bought before age 80 can be extended beyond 80. And the price was very competitive. So we went ahead, and have so far been very pleased.
