Complete Package
I booked a holiday package with this company and booked the cruise over a year in advance. It is only now that flights and hotel accommodation have become available and Julia has been an amazing help with this. She had suggested some flights but I wanted better times and she changed this for me, no problem at all. She also answered all my questioned and arranged everything that I asked her to arrange and kept me updated with everything.
Couldn't have asked for a better service and will certainly use this company again.

I have previously booked a cruise with Jennifer Stevenson and was pleased with excellent service then. So decided would book another cruise. Is the 3rd time we have used Cruise118 and on this occasion we had to contact their customer service desk from Canada, 8 hours behind the UK, to sort out postponing out flight home due to illness. I didn’t see the 24 hour emergency phone number and they don’t have an email service, so this meant staying up till 1am or getting up early in order to speak to someone or use their online chat. It then took an hour of arguing with the service agent to get them to accept responsibility for dealing with this. I was not impressed - hence the low score (tempered by my failure to see the phone no)

This emergency contact number is detailed within our ticket documentation and has been established to provide swift assistance in critical situations, including medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and significant delays that could impact travel plans.
We would also like to highlight that our team worked diligently on your behalf to communicate with the airline and explore the available options to help resolve the situation. Whilst we appreciate that these discussions can sometimes take time and are subject to airline policies and procedures, we did our utmost to assist and support you throughout the process.
We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations and that you were dissatisfied with the level of service received. Your feedback is important to us, and we will take your comments on board as we continually review our customer services.

I have used Cruise 118 successfully for previous bookings, and once again they have been great. Our cruise consultant Mona was fantastic, she negotiated a good discount and was super responsive to messages and calls. She was very patient with my many queries and follow ups.
