Cruden Homes  Anmeldelser

I moved into my new home two months ago. Lisa from the sales and marketing suite kept me updated on a regular basis on the progress of my new house, from reserving the plot to finally moving in. She was friendly and approachable, yet professional at all times.
On a recent long weekend away, Lisa was kind enough to check that my house was locked after I had received a message from my alarm company. She also took the initiative to check twice on two parcels that had been delivered while I was away.
I'm very happy with the service provided and am settling in to life in my new home.

My Partner and I have been in contact with your sales team since February to purchase a new-build property in Edinburgh.

From day 1 we have been impressed with the efficiency of the Cruden team and in particular with the empathy of Alison our key contact.

We have experienced a number of set-backs to selling our own property but at every stage Alison has been supportive and understanding.

As an ex Marketing Director of a well-known Scottish whisky company, I know how important customer satisfaction is for the long term success of a Brand.

Cruden is lucky to have someone like Alison directing operations but each time with a sympathetic ear.

It has made our life easier through difficult times and we owe her a lot.

I would recommend anyone to the Cruden property

Could not be happier with our new home! From how helpful the Cruden team were in helping us choose our family home, Lynsey was fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the whole process. To our beautiful house! The size of the living space and bedrooms sold it for us, as it’s not always the case with new builds. We love the layout, so bright and spacious, it works perfectly for our busy family. The location is ideal, our estate has a really safe and friendly feel to it. We honestly are delighted and so happy we chose a Cruden home.

Alison was absolutely brilliant. She was very helpful and kind. She outlined all the available options, gave me an excellent tour and went above and beyond on all fronts. Would definitely recommend her.

We've viewed The Avenue three times hoping to find the right apartment for us. On each occasion Alison was extremely helpful, and very patient, understanding and professional..

The properties are so well finished and the whole complex is lovely.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Cruden Homes.

Ashley Ridley from the sales team has been outstanding. She has always been very approachable, and willing to help whenever needed which made the entire process much smoother.

After Sale- There were minor snagging issues. Louis Jones, the Site Manager, has been exceptional. He has been proactive in addressing the issues we raised. He arranged appropriate workers and ensured that issues were dealt with efficiency.

We appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Lisa ,the sales adviser was our first point of contact initially over the phone then at an agreed appointment, through it all she explained everything to us ,was very helpful but not pushy in any way, giving us time over every aspect.

Full process was made easier by Mary’s customer service and communication. Highly recommend.

We moved into our new-build home in West Craigs two years ago, and we have loved both the house and the area within the development. Like most people buying a new build, we experienced a few issues along the way, but Cruden have always been helpful, responsive, and efficient in dealing with them. They replied to emails promptly and arranged any snagging work in a timely manner, which made the process much less stressful.
Ashley was always friendly, supportive, and welcoming, and we really appreciated how approachable she was throughout. We felt well informed at every stage, with communication that was clear, consistent, and timely. Over the past two years, we have dealt with a couple of site managers, but Louis has by far stood out the most. He has been approachable, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, always taking the time to listen and assist where needed. Overall, our experience with Cruden has been a positive one

We have just recently moved into our First flat and we have fit in like a hand in a glove. The property is spacious and cozy and is everything we expected when going through the process of purchasing. Ashley from the sales office and Aaron from the site team have both been such a help at getting our property up to the expectations we had and I can't thank them both enough. Also a thank you to everyone on the site who continue to do such a great job.
