Hi Samuel! Thank you for another amazing review! We appreciate your loyalty and supporting Canadian made!
I just received my order yesterday and…
I just received my order yesterday and the pans look wonderful and very well made. I haven't had the chance to bake with them yet, but will be trying them out soon. The one thing I was not happy about was that the box was full of packing peanuts (1/2 a large garbage bag!) which is totally unnecessary, not recyclable and a pain to dispose of. Please consider using something more enviromentally friendly. You can do better.

Hello Kat,
Thank you for your kind comments about the pans. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with their quality, and we hope you enjoy baking with them!
We completely understand your concern regarding the packing peanuts. We use them specifically to protect the pans during transit, as aluminum pans can dent if they are impacted during shipping. Unfortunately, a dented pan can create a much bigger issue for our customers.
The packing peanuts we use are biodegradable and are designed to break down over time, unlike traditional Styrofoam packing peanuts. They are also 100% compostable. Thus, this is the best environmentally friendly option while ensuring the products arrive in perfect condition. Especially for long distances such as B.C.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
Best regards,
Emma
