Large order arrived in mint condition!
I ordered an assortment of WECK jars and they all arrived in mint condition. Hastingsville.ca will now be my go-to for canning/storage jars. I did have a problem with my address and customer service emailed me right away to get it sorted, and got my order shipped out without any delay.

Great experience on all fronts
The selection here is awesome. Myself and my mom and SIL all combined orders so there were several moving parts. Bulk discounts did make the basket a little more complex looking so I missed that one item was the wrong size. I emailed the customer service team straight away and they got back to me within the hour saying they’d amended the order. Then it arrived (very quickly) and there was a set of gaskets missing (again, several items some with lids some without, she was a bit of a mess to look at on paper) and they were again very quickly to resolve the issue.
The items are great, I’ve already used them and will more than likely be back in the future for more! Thank you Hastingsville!

Still haven't received it yet even though it was supposed to have arrived 10 days ago. UPS won't drop it off at my house without a signature and everyone in the house works during the day. Need to find a better shipping option.

Packed safely and shipped promptly
Packed safely and shipped promptly. The vendor chose a different shipping provider than I had selected so there was a slight cost difference not reflected but regardless the product met my expectations. I would order from here again.
