We are in a small northern town and when my order said "out for delivery" in Burnaby, I was a little concerned. Albert called me right away and reassured me that the company who was delivering the package must've updated it incorrectly on their end...and he was right because we have since received the order and all is well. Really great customer service.

Everything came fine and worked. Prices a bit steep and took almost 3 weeks from ordering to come. Kinda sucked as my machine came with leaking oil and I had to wait for more in order to be able to use it

I have been looking into and planning on getting a freeze dryer for the past few years. Finally in a position to purchase one.
