I was charged extra $200 for public…

I was charged extra $200 for public holidays,which we haven’t done any business on public holiday.and furthermore about insurance policy copy was not given or explained about the coverage at the time of agreement

Booking was simpleco

Booking was simple. Staff were great and helpful regarding questions about the trucks themselves. When picked up truck the bloke behind the counter was excellent. Picked up and dropped off. Just super simple. After a miserable experience coming from HireAce this was dreamy

The smoothest experience

The easiest rental company we have ever used! We hired a furniture truck and couldn’t be more happier with the price and service we received. The lovely staff at Palmerston North also held on to my (forgotten) drink bottle for a couple of days until we had time to pop by and pick it up. 10/10

An excellent car hire

An excellent car hire. Hyundai vehicle was presented in an immaculate condition and it drove v. well. Check-in and return of the car was smooth & efficient; hire was a value proposition. Staff were agreeable & professional. Truly recommended!

"Quick, Efficient, and Excellent Service!"

The team at Cross Country Rental Cars was amazing! They arranged a car for me from out of town in just 4 hours, and the pickup process was super easy and quick. I really appreciated their efficiency and great service. Highly recommend!!!

Friendly and helpful staff

Friendly and helpful staff. I had to pick the car up a day earlier because I needed it the next day before the office is open, and they were very accommodating!
