I have been using CreeperHost for over 4 years at this point. Sure, at times there are issues that pop up, but the support staff have always helped me through my issues.

I have read through some of the other reviews and would just like to add that over those 4 years, i have hosted many many different games including Rust, ARK, Starbound, Minecraft aswell as some services like TeamSpeak 3. The only game i had issues with was Ark but all it took was some reading up on how to host a screened session and it worked immediately without ever crashing randomly.

I can't praise the support enough, if for some reason they cant help you, they will escalate it to someone who can and it is generally fixed before you hear from the new support staff.

(FYI - keep an eye out for seasonal/promotional codes as some of the discounts are reoccuring, so you can upgrade to higher plans but stay at the same cost)

10/10 - would very much recommend giving them a try.

Draylynn T helped provide some server support whenever my server crashed and by far was the best support staff I have ever seen from any company. Very funny, and very articulate and efficient at their job. The best staff ever and Would highly recommend CreeperHost

Creeperhost is an excellent source for servers. Of any kind! My modpack runs since 8 months and I've got no problems with it. The uptime hase been since then 24/7!

Amazing customer service and a lot of options so you don’t buy a too expensive or too underpowered server.

I've always loved CreeperHost, they always do everything they can to help and I've never had an issue with the services that wasn't my own fault, Also the VPS and dedicated servers are very useful for other things not just game hosting.

Staff is always help and goes the extra mile. They have saved me money and time so many times I can't count. They always respond, are fair, friendly, and supportive.

Spent 3 hours trying to set a sever up using different locations and staff to aid me. Even with their help they could not resolve the multiple issues as it was "peak" time. They had a reasonably fast response time but I'm just disappointed so much time was wasted.

during the nonpeak hours is pretty decent with only the occassional short lag bump. during peak hours (8-10pm) you will not be able to play any multiplayer games,unfortunately. Great if you play in the middle of night or morning! not so great if you play at the same all your friends do :(

This is a pretty cool host. They have a lot of really cool tools for streamlining the server setup process. I had a factorio server and after about 80 hours into the game it started to have MAJOR server lag and I talked to support and it was a limitation of their server. Either they are limiting performance on the per thread basis or their servers are just not up to the task of hosting a medium size factorio server.

I tried setting my server up for 2.5 hours and couldn't get it working. I used the service chat and was connected with Gareth W. and he was an amazing help.

Phenomenal customer service! I was not only new to setting up my own server but also very new to modded minecraft in general and the CreeperHost staff made it so easy! They responded in minutes to every question I had even in the middle of the night, and they even were able to manually change things for me when I couldn't figure it out on my own. I was cautious about dropping $20 a month so my friends and I could play but the caliber of customer service makes it a fantastic deal. I will be renewing my subscription!

I've been with CreeperHost for 2 years now. Excellent service, their support staff are fantastic. I would recommend CreeperHost to anyone looking to host Minecraft servers or one of the many other Games they support.

I have used CreeperHost for many years and recommend them to people looking for a server for more than just Minecraft.

The panel is great and easy to work with, and staff are quick to respond to any issues.

100% recommend.

The service is very very solid. Not only that, but the support group has helped me with connectivity issues more so than my ISP has. In fact, a particular rep: Stuart P., was an absolute God Send and even gave me some material to show to my ISP to give them a little bit of a head-start on the problems I've been experiencing.
