I ordered a torque wrench through CPO…
I ordered a torque wrench through CPO that was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days. After around 10 days without it being shipped I called CPO to inquire. They said they would contact the manufacturer to find out what the delay is. The next day CPO cancelled my order saying that the torque wrench was discontinued by the manufacturer. At this point I called the manufacturer who confirmed that they still make the exact model torque wrench that I ordered through CPO. Not only did CPO fail to provide the tool I ordered they LIED on top of it. I will never deal with CPO again.

Damaged
Fitting for water was broken off in unit. I was able to remove broken part and replace with fitting from hardware store. Tabs for wiring on switch were broken off and I ordered a new switch from Amazon. It works now. Also was missing all of the nozzle attachments and bought some from Lowes. I would have sent it back but didn’t want to wait on a new one. The cost for me to fix it was about $50 and an hours worth of time. Would have been a bigger hassle to repackage, ship, and wait on a new one.

Since I can't see what order this is…
Since I can't see what order this is referring to because the website does not display orders in the past 30 days (60 days does work but does not show the recent order), I can't know for sure what order you are referring to.
The last order was fine. One item came quickly, one item I got an email on 10/6 indicating it just shipped and arrived on 10/7.

The box was taped and retaped to hold it together
The box appeared to have gone through WW2 and the right wheel was bent about 1/2". I fix it, I pulled the axel and straightened it with a hammer. All is acceptable now. The packaging condition would make me think it was a poorly reboxed return. Don't get me wrong, I am happy that it runs and doesnt seem to have any damage other than what I mentioned. Packaging should be much better than just slopping around in a box. Sorry as Im not a negative person, but have not seen such packaging issues. Maybe look at Bluetti shipping options.

Have not used the framing gun yet
Have not used the framing gun yet, but it looks good. The package in which it arrive was in poor condition a result of poor packaging. I am trying to figure out where broken metal piece came off of.

I ordered a product that the listing specifically said It included 25 pieces when I got the package it was only a one piece tool. I called to get it reordered and the customer service agents are extremely rude and seem like they don’t want to help
